The room had everything I needed and the front desk agent was very good. The room they gave me had a maintenance issue and she went out of her way to get me another room even though they didn’t have much vacancy left, which was super helpful and much appreciated.

The multiple restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping! Also the quick response from the Police when we needed them, and we did at SAVANNAH SUITES HOTEL!!! We were LOCKED OUT, and could never get in touch with anyone there! We wound up having to find another hotel at midnite!!!

There are many parks and places to fish in Arvada.
There are many parks and places to fish in Arvada. It is a family friendly town, very close to Golden which has a beautiful walk next to clear creek. Golden also has the Coors Brewery tours along with micro breweries throughout the town. In the summer you can tube down clear creek. Arvada is right down the highway from The National Western Complex and the heart of downtown Denver.
Check-in process was really easy. The location was very nice because it had gas stations and grocery stores around it. The facilities were nice such as the kitchen, restrooms, and wi-fi. The house was very clean and tidy. The hosts checked up on us in case we needed anything and was very welcoming. Overall, I would recommend staying here as it is in a safe area and has all your necessities. Great value and stay.
Liked location on quiet residential street near Old Town Arvada and Golden Line Light Rail. Property description was accurate. Host Lenny was very responsive, informative and helpful. Home was immaculate; kitchen fully provisioned; beds comfortable, heating/cooling system very efficient. The bungalow is especially perfect for a couple; also ok for 4 adults if don't mind sharing a small bathroom.
This was the worst nasty filthy gross so call hotel with broken furniture/desk chair that was broken and caused me to fall back and hurt my back. When the manager finally showed up with her personal massager being so concerned, was so rude the following morning she freakin charged me for leaving towels on the floor and her broken chair with this picture
We were in Denver for our child's graduation from Regis University, and this location was really perfect for that purpose. Hosts are exceptional communicators and very helpful about the area. A thankfully quiet neighborhood, near Olde Town Aravada with its nice cafes, and a very sweet, cozy, very clean condo with comfortable amenities. Highly recommend.
Front staff was friendly, professional and very accommodating to my request for early check in after arriving in Denver on a very early am flight with 2 tired children. Room was very clean, right and comfortable. Hotel was easy to locate and within easy 2 block walking distance of Old Town which was fun to explore after our afternoon nap.
Very clean, the whole house smells very good, i'll miss their so comfy bed and pillows.. We have everything that we need as if we're at our own sweet home, we had the best coffee in the morning- they have espresso coffee maker. Will definitely come back in the future.
Located a moderate walk from the light rail station and from old downtown Arvada where there were lots of restaurants. Decent access to freeway system for touring Denver. Ample room for our group of five adults.
