It was a clean and nice room. The laundromat was clean and super affordable. The breakfast was decent.

Super disappointed with the customer service not of the staff but of their “Manager” EMANUEL C. During my one week stay, the AC did not work, the phone was broken, so I had a difficult time getting a hold of the front staff. The blow dryer was broken. Housekeeping wasn’t cleaning my room. I made multiple requests. I asked to speak to the manager and they said they would have him call me back, which he never did. Yet, when I finally did, he truly lacked the customer service skills. There was no one above him who I could speak to. He literally had the audacity to make faces at me, like a little boy! Told me to simply write a bad yelp review. I simply don’t understand how he got this manager position?! How is he running this hotel and is allowing to tell guests to simply right bad reviews instead of resolving the issues. A simple apology would have been nice but instead he was lying to my face! Super annoyed of how unprofessional he handled the whole situation and there was cameras, if you are the owner reading this, I advise you to please go back and watch the video. This took place on (May 10th on a Sunday).

Didn't have time for any touring the city.
I'm not use to this much city traffic, so was not easy for me.

IT WAS DISGUSTING. GOT IN ROOM, AND IT STUNK LIKE Cigarettes BADLY! BEDDING HAD STAINS ON IT SO I COULD TELL IT WAS DIRTY SHOWER HAD SOMEONES UNDERWEAR HANGING IN IT. ASKED FRONT DESK TO COME CHANGE AND CLEAN IT THEY NEVER DID. SO I UNPACKED AND USED MY OWN BEDDING SINCE WE GOT IN SO LATE. CUT MYSELF BADLY AND ASKED FOR A FIRST AID KIT TO CLEAN CUT AND BANDAGE IT THEY DIDNT EVEN HAVE ONE ON HAND! HORRIBLE PLACE.

The hotel was disgustingly dirty, carpet it dirty, stained, drugs around there, homeless living there, Beds have bed bugs we had rashes all over our bodies, beds were broken but we were very tired and could not get a refund. Completely disgusting.
The Worst experience of my life never in a million years did I think what happened while I stayed there would have happen to me & my husband 😭 we where robbed yes someome went into our room & stole all our belongings while we where at Knotts sacry farm for the night & staff was useless. I filed a police report now let's see what happens. I do NOT recommend this hotel to anyone!!!!
The place looks like any typical hotel you find in Long Beach, CA but what made the place a big surprise was, spacious, and most importantly the bed was the best I've slept on in years. Mattress was firm in the best way that the second I laid down, my body was thanking me, reminding me that a great mattress goes a long way
Well, it was pretty boring compared to other hotels...the breakfast. Same thing every day but I do like melty cheese omelets. I liked the big screen TV, the amenities, looking out the window to the grass and bushes. The coffee was good in the breakfast room. I liked the guard at the door at night.
Very helpful and accommodating staff, especially Raj. We are grateful to him for accommodating our request. Good value for travelers on a budget or those needing to have a place to sleep for just a a day or two. Good location, a lot of restaurants nearby, just walking distance from the hotel.
Hotel was clean, cleaning staff definitely makes sure the room is clean before guests arrive. The area is very calm and quiet, with corner stores and a cvs nearby for convenience. There was also enough parking for everyone.
The facilities seemed clean and the hotel was within proximity of my destination. Overall, it was a good experience. In the future, I will make reservations at Days Inn.
