Surprised that there was tennis. Super nice tennis court and great tennis rackets that we borrowed. The beige, white gravel was beautiful and pleasant to walk on.

Oceanfront property was beautiful! Loved being right by the beach and ocean. Very close to town. Easy to walk to shops.

A wonderful resort stay. The room was perfectly spaced out and had all the needed amenities. The day we visited was rainy so we stayed indoors mostly and we enjoyed the cosy feel the room provided.

I didn’t feel the accommodations were what I was led to believe in the photos. Tiny tiny bathroom & barely a kitchen , kitchen facilities lacking , pull out couch extremely uncomfortable tv noisy. I thought I booked first floor facing the ocean and we got second floor facing the trees

What i enjoyed the most was the relaxing stay on the ocean on a winter weekend. Although not able to utilize the beach, for me, there is nothing more relaxing than waking up to the ocean. I don't need to be in it, just need to see it. Since i enjoy the off season quietness, i have no dislikes. perfect weekend.

Since the location is right at he beginning of Montauk it is mot as crowded as downtown Montauk. It is an easy trip by car to downtown for great food . The lighthouse at the end of the highway is also a beautiful spot.
The location. It’s right on the beach and close to local restaurants. We were allowed to use the amenities on the day of arrival before check in, and the day of departure after check out, which was great. The staff is friendly. The apartment with pool view did not have pool view, but we liked the space, having two separate room and a terrace. The bedroom was at the side of the stairs, but it was super quiet at night so that did not bother us.
This property is beautiful. I was pleasantly surprised with the studio apartment style room. Everything was fully stocked, anything you could possibly need in the kitchen. Private beach is within walking distance and we stayed at one of the buildings closer to the street. Montauk itself is a short drive away.
