We were in and out of there pretty quickly, arriving around 8pm and leaving at 6am, so I can't talk up the amenities. However, since we were staying there before a 12 night vacation, the parking was free for the first 10 days, we only had to pay for 2 days of parking our car there. They offered a free shuttle to and from the airport, so it was pretty convenient.
Located just off the West Sunset Highway, rooms at Stratford Suites Inn feature a 50-inch flat-screen TV and leather furniture. A full kitchen is available in each suite.

We really loved this place. We stayed for one night during our road trip in the PNW and were knocked out by the room. Brand new, so well appointed and furnished. Beds sooo comfortable. Pure luxury. Staff unfailingly friendly and helpful. Restaurant brilliant, amazing cocktails and they were huge! Prices very reasonable. To top it off, free valet service. By far the best place we’ve stayed this trip.

Convenient to the casino.
Convenient to the casino. Offers breakfast but I had to leave before it opened. Beds ok.
Front desk clerk wasn't attentive. I felt like I interrupted her. Sink in bathroom didn't drain well. Lighting was horrible. Most lamps did not work. The room smelled of old cigarettes.

This hotel is better than the reviews we saw posted, or at least our room was. Can't comment on the neighborhood since we were only there overnight, but the airport shuttle was quite pleasant and reliable. There is a McDonald's diagonally across street if you don't do breakfast at the hotel - McDonald's has eggs, hotel does not. However, there is cereal, waffles, yogurt, fruit and breads/toaster. THe beds are super comfy and the pillows too. Our room was very quiet and the bathroom, while not fancy, is a decent size and comes with places to hang towels, toiletries, etc. and plenty of hot water. We had both a refrigerator and a microwave. I saw that you can also park there and leave your car if you fly out.

Airway Heights is about 5 miles long and 3 blocks wide.
Airway Heights is about 5 miles long and 3 blocks wide. It essentially serves the Air Force base. It does have two large Indian casinos that are quite nice. It's quiet, but can have a lot of traffic.

Horrible rude desk from staff member Katie.
Horrible rude desk from staff member Katie. At 12 midnight, after I finally arrived to the hotel from the airport, she yelled and argued with me about next day shuttle service. Then she refused to house me, with the reservation that had been already made few weeks in advance. I had to go Atorney find a different hotel in the middle of the night. Hotel has shuttle, but doesn’t want to make an effort to provide it. Very bad experience with this hotel staff members

New businesses with friendly service.
New businesses with friendly service. I used the grocery store, the fast food drive thru, and the gas station. All had treated me professionally and promptly. I was happy to see a variety of food choices and not the same old list that is everywhere I go, I had a variety of eating places to choose from.

I was told I would get a wake up call at 4:20 for my flight that didn’t happen and they made up some excuses??? About way it didn’t happen…. I asked for the shuttle to the airport…. Same same sure no problem, of course I had to take a Taxi and paid 40$ out of my own pocket! The place was a joke…. Said no smoking and of course the room smells like smoke…. The breakfast was ok! I paid 189$ CDN for the worst hotel I have ever stayed at and the front desk was unprofessional! What did I like ?? Nothing
Super easy check-in, I was able to ask for a late check-out and there was no hassle whatsoever, nice staff, everything was clean, the bed was comfortable, there was a little kitchenette with a micro, a sink, coffeemaker... Enough power outlets, even next to the bed which I always appreciate. For a 2-star hotel it really didn't lack anything. I felt right at home. :)
