The hotel was clean, rooms and beds are very large, nice balconies, and the parking is secure.
The head staff was quick to respond and make an attempt to help resolve issues that came up.

The best personnel were Frank at the Mist Bar, Neckson and Joshua at Explorer. Reception is very slow and not really engaged. It is as if they are bored. WLAN very poor and not working most of the time or just intermittently. . The room requires maintenance and updating, especially the electrical sockets made of plastic.
The Tilapia was very good. The gift of one wine bottle appreciated but no note.
