I went in September/October so some of the days were a bit cold for just a stroll around the city but there were some mild days. Everyone i met was polite and friendly and i never felt unsafe at any time there. It was a nice time for me and the place i stayed was very central to everything.
It was a relaxing stay i would do it again. If you speak the language i can imagine it would be even better unfortunately my knowledge of Russian/Ukrainian was a bit limited.
This was my second stay at this hotel. The staff are courteous and professional, the room is comfortable with a great view of a park and historical area, and the breakfast buffet is varied and delicious.
The staff is somewhat ready to help. The hotel's manager named Anastasia can be of real help and is really client-oriented. The staff in bar/restaurant is of great help and assistance!
