Clean facilities, great breakfast, kind professional staff who spoke nicely in clear Russian-delivered us extra comforters upon request, and most importantly, ran to my car to deliver me my expensive night guard that I had left behind in the room!

I went in September/October so some of the days were a bit...
I went in September/October so some of the days were a bit cold for just a stroll around the city but there were some mild days. Everyone i met was polite and friendly and i never felt unsafe at any time there. It was a nice time for me and the place i stayed was very central to everything.
It was a relaxing stay i would do it again. If you speak the language i can imagine it would be even better unfortunately my knowledge of Russian/Ukrainian was a bit limited.

Zhytomyr is one of the oldest cities in Ukraine.
Zhytomyr is one of the oldest cities in Ukraine. Very beautiful old buildings. Great public transport and very very inexpensive. The Aeronautics Museum is there, awesome. Russia would not have their space program if it was not for the Ukraine scientists who were responsible for the creation of the propulsion systems. Very cool museums there.
In the shining capital of north Ukraine , Reikartz hotel is shining in bright amazing colours . Even in this times of war , this property seems to be popular among brave travelers from all around the world . Staying here is the best decision, because of the service , the decorations, the excellent restaurant and the perfect location.
In ordinary times , it is quite hard to find here a room to stay. So , i just encourage travelers to use this opportunity to visit and stay in just breathtaking place.
It was my second stay in this hotel. Before I used to stay in Reikartzs in Dnipro, Kharkiv and Lviv. The hotel itself is nice. Location is good. Rooms are also nice but vary. Breakfasts are usually standard, but sometimes vary too. On the other hand, filet mignon in the restaurant was excellent - try medium rare as they usually tend to do medium a well done.
Our room was extremely quiet (and there was a wedding at the hotel restaurant), clean and comfortable, and we were lucky to have an incredible view of St. Sofia's cathedral. WiFi worked well, they had a good private parking lot, and the breakfast was incredible. Highly recommended.
Car parking is just in front of entrance. There's no elevator in hotel, but it's not high - we stayed on 4 floor, and no other rooms were higher.
The glass roof is cool, kids just liked to sit there and enjoy the thunderstorm.
Hotel is new building. It is very clean. Staff is functioning. parking is available. rooms are very nice, very big . In the rooms there is a electric pot to make tea or coffee. All is working. Nice decoration.
The staff is somewhat ready to help. The hotel's manager named Anastasia can be of real help and is really client-oriented. The staff in bar/restaurant is of great help and assistance!
Great Hostel, well located, affordable, great friendly staff. Second time I staying here, and will definitely be back if I need an overnight place in Zhytomyr.
