The staff are nice people, the hotel is nice and clean, they have a cafe attached to the property, the supermarket is across the road, houskeeping check all rooms everyday , for clean linen and to get rid of any rubbish you may have, the staff are helpful, it's not far the main railway station, you can get a tram from the station to the hotel, you don't need to pay for a taxi....Nothing

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We also liked the food in the restaurant, and it was nice to be able to hang out on their terrace in the inner court until late, especially seeing that there isn’t much to see or do in Kryvyi Rih.
