Faultless stay. From check in to check out, this is an outstanding apart-hotel. Well located on main road, but no road noise to speak of. The host, Angelina was courteous and helpful, and the rooms are beautifully equipped.

Good hotel with necessary safety issues.
Good hotel with necessary safety issues. Very good location, 5 min to the city center. Perfect view to the lake from the window.
Despite of the shortage of electricity in Ukraine the supply of electricity was constant and sustain using the generator. The internet access was good. The towels and other bath stuff were clean and changed each day. The stuff was helpful.
Would recommend to stay in the current war unpredictable time.

A wonderful, huge lake in the city center. Lots of places for beautiful walks - parks and around the lake. Calm and friendly. Friendly people. I would classify the place as safe (except for hostilities in the country).

I highly recommend staying at the Hotel Ternopil for the...
I highly recommend staying at the Hotel Ternopil for the best view of the lake and continually visiting the city center for great restaurants and cafes. Outside of the center, Kovcheg and Stariy Miln are outstanding theme restaurants that must not be missed! Although there are many parks and museums throughout the city, I find that just sticking to the main square or the lake are all you need to enjoy Ternopil.

A very tranquil and meditative city that I enjoyed a lot, especially after Kyiv. A picturesque lake with nearby parks alone make the city worthy of visiting. Easy to navigate without a map. Truely historical beautiful centre. If the weather was better (almost November), would definitely enjoy the parks more which I imagine are wonderful in hot weather. Do not visit during rainy weather - or live on the top of the hill, so that water does not splash at you when you walk up the streets leading to the city centre. Optimal duration of stay: weekend/3 days max.

It looks like a small Britain colony which left 100 yrs ago and now city tries to leave their own life but with not so fast tempo as big megapolises which is fun to stay here for a few days if you want to enjoy nice food, drink and music.

What a beautiful city. It's a gem that needs to be explored.
What a beautiful city. It's a gem that needs to be explored. Large lake in the middle of Ternopil, stunning parks, lots of cafes and restaurants. The locals are friendly.
Take a boat trip around the lake. Then take a walk in Shevchenko park exploring its little bridges and islands. Climb up the lit-up water steps into the city. Sit down with a coffee overlooking the Dominican Cathedral. Soak up the atmosphere! Unforgettable!
Superbly located with excellent parking facilities, rooms spotless very clean , staff are amazing made me feel at home. By far the best hotel I have stayed during my stay in Ukraine. Have returned several times, will always book here for future stays,
the restaurant which is independent to the hotel could do with better food and staff.
But due to the great location of the hotel food is very readily available by delivery or 2 minutes taxi drive your right in the centre

Pleasant hotel on the outskirts of the city. Easy to find and continue your journey, without getting stuck in the centre.
Room decor is dated now with many dark brown colours.
But all is clean, which is more important.
The junior suite i had faces open fields so offers fresh air and a quiet nights sleep.
Restaurant is very good quality and the prices are very reasonable.
Maxine who was on duty in the restaurant is a very pleasant and helpful young man 👍
The location was great for our overnight stay. In an area with private houses, at the outskirts of the city, could see open field from our hotel room. Nice restaurant with delicious food menu.
