Everything, Dima is a good host and his home is beautiful and clean with totally reasonable house rules and policies, plus the price and location are great. Wifi was excellent and the house was warm. Kitchen includes spices, sugar, salt and pepper so you don't need to bring your own. You wont find better price for private accomodations in Sumy! Dyakuyu!

I have only 1 fault and that is no airport, train ok but go 1st class. But still not US standard.
Really a good experience at this structure in central Sumy city. Room I booked was spacious and clean, with a nice balcony and good windows that kept the noise out. Bed comfortable with high quality bedsheets. Also good towels in the big bathroom. Toiletries are provided. Have not tried the breakfast but I hear it is of good quality. Coffee served at the reception was more than adequate. Would certainly book again.
The hotel is close to the train station. Girl at check in was very very nice,friendly and helpful. I like the style of the hotel. Huge hallways. very spacious rooms. It was quite cold that day and without asking for it they brought me extra bedsheets.
ATB supermarket is nearby, calm area. a 15 minutes straight walk to the left and you are in the center of Sumy. Stayed 2 days, will certainly come back.

A decent hotel with welcoming stuff and very convenient location. The room was great, the cleannness and amenities were cool, the breakfast was nice and timely.
If you're worried about the electricity shortages, don't be, the hotel has got you covered with a generator. Amazing service!
