I have never had a better staff or service in Ukraine or elsewhere than this hotel.
I came in like a nuclear bomb - my businesses at home were literally on fire - and the front desk staff not only dealt with a flaming insane Irish American, but also did it with professionalism, courtesy, respect, and empathy.
