I am a journalist visiting Ukraine. Really enjoyed talking with Viktor, receptionist. He gave me excellent background on Bucha during the Russian occupation. Hotel looted along with liquor supply. He told me about getting out and going through checkpoints. He is also very personable young guy with good English skills. Hotel is very nice and has bar and restaurant with big menu. Of course at the moment it is a great value for your money, as most people are not quite ready to go on holiday in Ukraine because of the war. Probably only adventurous people or journalists.

it was a nice place to stay for one day: the closed community surrounded by forest, fresh air, and nature. There is free access to Kyiv Reservoir (2 min walking), so you can swim in summer.
it is allowed to have barbeque in the garden. The hosts are great people.
