A very pretty small country town, with lovely town centre...
A very pretty small country town, with lovely town centre and museums and places to see and shops to see. Great food and facilities. Decent architecture, there is a tall tower that must be climbed up... not for the weak or fainthearted. A section of walled fortifications that have been restored and nicely used for tourist shopping.
Easy transport and cheap taxis. I used the overnight sleeper train from Kyiv to get there which was superb. A very nice place. easy drive to and from Poland, good gateway place to get to the ski resorts of Bukovel in the Carpathian mountains.

A beautiful city in western Ukraine that captures the essence and heart of true Ukraine. Beautiful architecture, parks, vyshvyvanky (traditional Ukrainian embrooidery), funky cafes and restaurants alongside traditional cuisine. Very easy to get around on foot and mostly flat.

I have been traveling to Ukraine as an American for almost 10 years. I-F is one of the most beautiful cities you will ever see there, and it is also a good gateway to the Carpathians (but best you go down and stay in Yaremche and stay there to visit the mountains of Ukraine).

I LOVE visiting Ivano-Frankivsk, it's a fun city to see and many things to do and you can walk to most of it but there are other ways to get around if you don't want to walk. Due to the rain this time, I didn't walk around as much as I normally would have.

Unfortunately there's not too much you can see during one-...
Unfortunately there's not too much you can see during one-day trip but I really liked the city. Had nice breakfast at Urban Space 100, then walked around center and went to the top of Ratusha to see a great view. Then went to Shevchenko park - walked there and also around Mis'ke Lake on another side. Had a wonderful dinner at Devyatka (best Varenyky with mushroom sauce ever!) and then stayed a bit on the corner of the same street listening to two guys playing saxophone and trumpet - really enjoyed it. Had to leave super early next day to catch my train but loved walking back to the railway station while city was still sleeping and there were no people on the streets :)

Our family staycation at the hotel was an absolute joy! From the moment we checked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and a clean and inviting atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness throughout our stay. Not only did we have a wonderful time together, but the cleanliness of the hotel gave us peace of mind during these challenging times. We can't wait to visit again for another joyful and happy staycation!
The property is clean and modern, despite there are 2 restaurants at the ground floor with an open terrace, it is quiet in the room even at late evening if windows are closed. Meal is delicious, especially it was good to spend evenings at the Grill Bar having a good craft beer and a grilled meal. Hotel is located next to the city park and lake where you can do sport and fishing ! About 30 min walking from the downtown
The hotel is neat and tidy, with some elements of luxury interiors ) The overall experience was quiet and nice. We arrived at about 11 pm and checked out at 8 am, so there wasn't much time to appreciate the place, but it was the perfect spot to catch an early morning train. Oh, and the breakfast was so tasty! Syrnyky are so tender and delicious, yeah )
The place has spirit of a real biker's heaven with nice decorations on bike culture everywhere. It's also not your typical quick and dirty єврорємонт, it's visible that the hotel was really invested into even though it's not new. Rooms are spacious, matresses are of good quality, safety, fire alarms are present, too.
Very beautiful rooms in the Hostel, nice kitchen and great location. You can park your motorcycle or car a front of your windows. There is no breakfast or staff at the property. You feel very comfortable hotel considering AC, washing and drying machine. View is beautiful. I stayed twice in this hotel with no regrets.
I'm missionary from Texas... I did it's going to Ukraine for over 2 years now.... Now I am forced because of reward to fly towards all Poland and drive to Ukraine.... Whenever I am in Ivano-Franivsk, This is the only place I will stay on each journey...I was completely satisfied with everything
Very nice and clear hotel. Very friendly and professional staff. They assisted me on all my requests. Good breakfast was delivered to my room upon the request. Great location - walking distance to the center and to the train station.

This is a medium sized hotel located a bit off the main attractions of the city - but that is justified by the price. The hotel looks pretty new, staff is friendly, free parking in a private lot.
Both the hotel and the restaurant are absolutely great. The location, service and design are at the highest level. The great view from the rooftop is complimentary.
Its in a really lovely neighborhood as is much of the city of I-F. I have traveled to Ukraine for almost 10 years, this location is really one of the best.
The hotel is just awesome. It has a perfect location, big spacious rooms and wonderful administration. Absolutely excited to have stayed in this place.
