The hot spring water was super good quality leaving a smooth silky feel on the skin. It's available at shared pools and also in the bathroom of the bedroom. I personally prefer the shared pools because it's nicer to dip in the hot spring water when the air around is colder. Users are required to wear swimming gear. In addition, the owner -operator husband and wife team are very pleasant and welcoming. The owner even made nice fresh tea for us in the lobby, after we came back from dinner outside. Breakfast was sumptuous.

The staff was very kind. We were informed at check in that there will be an evening snack consisting of a steamed bun delivered to our room door (there was an option for a vegetarian one too), also ladies are given a face mask. The breakfast as well as the snack were amazingly good! The room was spacious and clean. The bath on the balcony was great, we mixed it with cold water to get 38-42°C, there was a thermometer by the bath - the thermal water alone was over 50°C. The view from the balcony bath (at least in our room) was more obstructed by an addition to the balcony railing - which someone may however enjoy for more privacy. I would definitely recommend this hotel as it was a wonderful stay and I couldn't have wished for a better one. The view from the balcony was very nice and there was also a smaller foot bath with seats right outside the entrance to the hotel.
