The location was amazing and the married couple who ran the minsu was exceptionally kind. We had travelled to Alishan via public transport, so the couple offered to drive us from the minsu into town for dinner, and then back again. They were so welcoming, and were also able to accomodate our dietary restrictions (both vegetarian) for breakfast, which was very delicious! We were only able to stay for 1 night, but there's so much to see at Alishan, so we're definitely looking forward to coming back and staying here again!
It was a beautiful accommodation. very well maintained, staff are always friendly and helpful :) The toiletries were well provided, and of good quality (Loccitane). Simple breakfast is provided, lots of tea and coffee to enjoy. You definitely need some form of transport arrangement if you have big luggages because it’s located on a mountain, and there are many vehicles around. There are many buses at the nearby bus stop (it’s about 10 mins away) that can bring you to Alishan attractions.
Our family of four had a delightful stay here in Alishan! The location was gorgeous, the room was clean and comfortable, and the hosts were welcoming and friendly - we so enjoyed our time drinking tea and visiting with them! The delicious homemade breakfast was a wonderful bonus, but our favorite part of our stay was spending time talking with our outgoing and friendly hosts. This was one of our favorite places on our 12 day journey through Taiwan!
The location is kind of secluded, however, that is to expect in the middle of the mountain. Thankfully, owners provide free transport to and from the property from the bus stops. The owners were also very nice and considerate. They even helped arrange transportation up Alishan to watch the sunrise. Overall all was great, however do note that certain things are dependent on the owners' flexibility and time. Do enquire beforehand.

Yuling and her husband are very kind, we talked about Taiwan history and I learned a lot from them. They also very informative and tell us how to go to alishan by public bus.

We had a very relaxing stay. The property and room were tranquil and spacious. There was so much food during meals and snacks / ramen in the room. The owner went out of his way to make sure we had a pleasant stay. When we said we needed to buy tea as gifts, he let us try multiple teas and gave us helpful tips to purchase tea at their family’s store in Alishan.
Hotel was lovely.. we enjoyed it very much. Location is not easily accessible unless you drive but host was exceptional as we did not have dinner and the restaurant next door was closed on the day that we were there. Host drove us out for dinner and arranged to bring us back after our dinner. Will definitely stay there again.
I loved everything about this B&B. Amenities are new, and everything is very clean. There is a bus stop directly outside (which can bring you to Alishan) and a restaurant just below. Staff is really friendly and thoughtful. The washroom has bidet.
Our stay at the guesthouse was truly amazing! The place is beautiful and very comfortable. We had the opportunity to visit the family's tea farm. We also bought their tea - which is delicious - to bring back as gifts for our family and friends.
An absolutely beautiful home with incredible hosts. They really helped ensure we were comfortable, assisting us with arranging transport to go watch the Alishan sunrise, as well as making sure we got to and from the home with ease.
the complete experience from views, to lodging to meals to exchanges with hosts are full of joy and attention to excellence while keeping it very real and warm. there’s love in the house and one can feel it instantly.
The host replies fast and answers questions. Helped us to get a ride from the bus station and to Alishan Park. She also helped us to buy things because the shop was far away.
