Hotel was OK even if it's a 5 stars Hotel, no much to see at the hotel except the roof top restaurant, the view was very beautiful, food was excellent just service was a bit slow. Spa was good also.

The best of the entire stay was definitely the staff. They are very polite, very friendly and does bring the standard of the hotel to the right place. The roof top is amazing although we did not arrived at a time of using it. There is a extreme control on cleaning the rooms . The hotel is very well located , you can literally walk all over and have metro next door for going to other regions. warm thank you to TAK to provide such a friendly and very professional approach towards our stay.

Great location, room, restaurants and lobby area. Nice street close to metro and everything else important. We had a triple room which was large enough with 3 separate beds. Very nice view of the mosque accross the street. Top score for all personell at reception and bell boy. Breakfast ok, no variations over our 3 days stay, but clean, nicely presented and well organized by the staf. Roof restaurant is cozy with nice views, good food and quick service. I would have scored it a 10, but spa area and hammam was not good. At the rate they charge (40 € person) I expected a regular hammam experience with free use of the hot stone and traditional scrub. This was really bad compared to what you get other places in Istanbul and Turkey in general. The whole thing was over in 15 mins, they used scrub gloves instead of traditional bags. The stone was not hot enough and they just rush you through everything. Swimmingpool is large, but smells like mould. You also need to wear a swimming cap that costs 100 lire per person !?
