A quiet city, not very far from Istanbul, perfect for families and couples who wants to relax and disconnect from the loudness of working/living in big cities. The restaurants along the lake are great, and of course, if you are in shape, do not hesitate to rent a bike and take a tour.

It’s cosy, right beside the lake, fabulous view from room, nice cafe and restaurant in the open area of hotel with the fantastic view of river, swimming pool is nice and garden is beautiful to take photos. We stayed in suite, quite small, sitting area in room is more looks office. Good place to relax. No sound and relaxing area.
Great place to stay, calm and family friendly, the weather at night is amazing, everything works and nothing is broken, the pool is heated and my kids had an amazing time in it.
The view was out from this world.
Bonus points for a couple of friendly dogs that the kids enjoyed playing with.
The staff are friendly and very helpful.

The spa is the highlight of our trip. It was my first time trying Turkish Bath and it was so good and relaxing! the massage was really good too. staff are so helpful and friendly. The lake view from our room is amazing. We took the half board option, the food is delicious and the selections are many! Highly recommended!
The territory of the place is green, clean, full of different things for leisure, plants. Real feeling of luxury village. Everything is close: restaurants, lake, grocery. Property staff is very kind and attentive. Breakfast is great. Everything actually is perfect. Even they were flexible when we postponed check out.
Excellent location. The apartment was cool and welcoming. The hosts were extremely helpful and always available. 3 minutes from the lakefront with a good choice of places to eat. 5 minutes from the town and supermarkets and transport. A little shoo right beside the hotel made it easy to buy everything we needed.

The location is very wonderful, overlooking the lake, and the location prevents you from wandering around. The hotel was as displayed on the site. Their breakfast is good and ok. I recommend the residents in it and the owners of the hotel are very friendly
One of the best places to be in Sapanca, the house is so clean and contain all the essential items that you need, Mrs. Çidam and her family were soo kind. l highly recommend and surly I will come again dont hesitate to come and enjoy ✨✨
