A quiet city, not very far from Istanbul, perfect for families and couples who wants to relax and disconnect from the loudness of working/living in big cities. The restaurants along the lake are great, and of course, if you are in shape, do not hesitate to rent a bike and take a tour.

It’s cosy, right beside the lake, fabulous view from room, nice cafe and restaurant in the open area of hotel with the fantastic view of river, swimming pool is nice and garden is beautiful to take photos. We stayed in suite, quite small, sitting area in room is more looks office. Good place to relax. No sound and relaxing area.
Nice and clean hotel. Trees, green areas, and playground for kids. Also, a large swimming pool and another for kids. You can ask them to bring the breakfast to your house if you looking for more privacy. The house is well organized & tidy. In the house, there are all what you need such as washing machine, cooker and cooking equipments. In addition, location is great near the main road & some restaurants. Also, it is near by Spanga lake.

As a summary, I would recommend this hotel to everyone, and I will definitely come back again.
All the staffs are cooperative and very kind. This was my forth stay in this villa and of course I will come again if I visit Sapanca. The garden is wonderful. The villa is in the best location in Sapanca with all shops nearby. There is also a football area and small walking area were children can play nearby
location was very nice next to lake lot of restaurants around and shops, breakfast was just to keep you alive. but the real Jewel of Crown was the manager Mr. Dokam (if is spell it right) he came all the way from somewhere to deliver me water at 9 pm when the whole area was dark. thanks Mr Dokam

the villa, very clean and cozy and only 35 min to kartepe ski mountain. we enjoy the atmosphere and quiet area. staff are very friendly and generous. highly recommended and best place in spanga. food excellent and the cheminee add the night as wonderful tiny house.

The villa is large and wonderful with a swimming pool, suitable for a family of 10 and more, the location of the villa is wonderful overlooking Lake Sapanca, the staff are excellent, and respectful especially Mr. Abdullah
