It's a very sweet family B&B. The rooms are clean and have a fresh atmosphere. Breakfast is delicious and various. It used to be a weekend home for the family that now runs it as a small hotel. It's not luxurious, but it's comfortable. The chef is very good, I loved the food. Instead of going to the bungalow houses in the vicinity. I definitely come to this hotel every time I travel, where the staff and owners are friendly.

A quiet city, not very far from Istanbul, perfect for families and couples who wants to relax and disconnect from the loudness of working/living in big cities. The restaurants along the lake are great, and of course, if you are in shape, do not hesitate to rent a bike and take a tour.

It’s cosy, right beside the lake, fabulous view from room, nice cafe and restaurant in the open area of hotel with the fantastic view of river, swimming pool is nice and garden is beautiful to take photos. We stayed in suite, quite small, sitting area in room is more looks office. Good place to relax. No sound and relaxing area.
The breakfast was really delicious, with a variety of truly tasty choices.. also we got a free tea time where we enjoyed a mid day break with appetizers tea & coffee ... the location is prefect, near to the city, as well as to the mountain and SAPANCA LAKE... the SPA is just amazing ... and the most important thig is the well trained staff,, here i would like to thank Ms. Ebru (Guest Relation manager and Mr. Onur & Sena .. and from the front desk (Nurdan &Nur) they are so kind and helpful
Best breakfast service ever in a hotel. The breakfast policy here is amazing. The breakfast is freshly made just for you and the service is ready for you from early morning till 2 pm. I like the location and the amazing view on the lake. The staff were great, friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. I would definitely come here every time I come to Sapance and would recommend it for 1 or 2 people stays.

Th design is unique. I like the fire pit and the jacuzzi. No one can see you when you are in the jacuzzi or enjoying the fire outside. The staff was very helpful and attentive to your requests. Unfortunately they don’t speak English but you can use Google translation. Location is about 20 mins from the town and lake. You need a car to go to town and to the restaurants

The location is amazing. Very comfortable. Staff are great and multilingual. Breakfast is delicious. View is amazing. Calm getaway. You can take a ride in a boat and walk along the lake with many restaurants and shops.
