I usually like this hotel so much for the good location, cleanliness and nice breakfast. This time the breakfast was not so nice as before. The room was so warm and we couldn’t sleep. The next day the staff changed our room but still the AC does not work properly so we had to open the windows. I expect a 5 star hotel to have a proper AC.

The location is just excellent. Got to see a lot. Everything within walking distances. The staff were all polite and friendly. I would more than likely choose to stay here again if visiting Adana.
