I voted 7 to 10 for mercy. The staff were polite and helpful as well friendly, one guy brought me tea in my room, all friendly except the guy i checked out with. You should inform people that the building is under construction. By the way, the room was really big i loved it, and loved the design, you can easily find parking.

The host "cancelled" the stay 1 day before my arrival. I said "cancel" because he didn't cancel the reservartion in Booking.com so I have not received any refund. It has been a month and he still has not sent my money back, he just stopped replying to my messages.
