Everything was great... I highly recommend this hotel
The Travertine Terraces was amazing. The hot springs was also good. The views are beautiful.
Next was the ancient city of Hierapolis nearby. It is vast and to enjoy it, take your time and spend the day walking around. A lot of walking though not if you don't like walking the do rent golf cart
If you like Turkish food, the local cuisine is authentic and they have Mom and Pop restaurants that have home cooking

It is a very beautiful and peaceful area.
It is a very beautiful and peaceful area. It's a good idea to include Pamukkale on your Turkey visit route. One day should be enough.
Note: entry to access the thermal pools is expensive but covers a very large area. Consider knowing if they have water so you don't make a trip in vain.

The ruins of Hierapolis are worth visiting.
The ruins of Hierapolis are worth visiting. The rest was a huge disappointment. We were unable to see any similarity with the tourist promotion photos. The white thermal pools with blue water can barely be seen. Cleopatra's pool is a trap for tourists. Extra payment is required.
The thermal pools are artificial, slippery and full of tourists. We have to walk barefoot on aggressive flooring.
The entrance at the bottom next to the city is a mistake. It requires you to walk up barefoot for more than 500 meters on very harsh ground for your feet.

This place is only worth visiting if you have never been there. Even so, you have to manage your expectation and forget about all the photographs about Pamukkale you saw, which is pretty much the magic of a good photographer. Most of the pool are dried and there are far too many people.
The Herapolis ruins is surprising good and well- maintained, which I would perfer to stay there longer. Our visit via the north gate is a good choice though.

I read many reviews of people complaining about lack of water or the site globally turning grey. Climate change. I was visiting mid September after months of no rain and water was enough to understand why even Cleopatra came there: Hierapolis (full) visit is amazing. I recommend people to read a bit the story of this city before visiting

You just need 1 day in Pamukkale.
You just need 1 day in Pamukkale. The best experience; wake up early and get to the South gate by 06H30, when it's not busy. Spend the first hour or so viewing the travertines and open-air ruins. There may be less water than what you see in videos. Rather than bathing the shallow, man-made travertine pools, get to the Ancient Pool by 08H00 and pay to swim there. It is an amazing experience before 08H30, when the crowds get there.
Hotel was spotless. Beautiful pool area. Rooms were spacious and the breakfast was enormous. The entire staff made us feel like family. The staff is very knowledgeable of the area.
The location is perfect Easy to walk to the South gat entrance. The hotel provided us with towels and other amenities needed for exploring the town.
Special thanks to Tuba the front desk manager and the General Manager. Tuba went out of her way to make this a great stay. The GM is on top of everything. Beautiful place. Best stay in Turkey!
Venus Suite Hotel was the perfect choice for our stay in Pamukkale. The hotel is located in a quiet and peaceful village, which offered a much-needed respite from the hustle and bustle of the city. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with stunning views of the PAMUKKALE landscape. Yunus, the hotel staff, was incredibly helpful and accommodating, and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We will definitely be returning to Venus Suite Hotel on our next visit to Pamukkale!
Easily arrive to this hotel by bus from Denizli. There is a bus station nearby - Cross a road and pass another house and arrived. Very beautiful and good breakfast. There is a rooftop view to see hot air balloon during breakfast time. They helped us keep our luggage for the day we visit pamukkale until we leave at the late afternoon. There is also swimming pool but due to weather still cold, no water is fill at the time of visit. Good value at my time of visit, low season in mid February.
The stuff we're absolutely warm, down to earth and welcoming, they were very helpful and gave us tips to where to travel and go to site see, car park was easy, help with carrying luggage was given.! I felt very comfortable with the hotel, service, cleanse, and bedding. The people in the town were the nicest iv seen in Turkey, very welcoming and down to earth, food quality and price were absolutely amazing. I will definitely come back... definitely! Highly recommended 👌
Hotel had an indoor and outdoor thermal spa- we used the indoor one along with friends and family. late night check in was fast. Breakfast could be better considering the different type of tourists. Dinner was included in package and was fine. walkable distance to the market where you can get souvenirs, swimming dresses, fruits, drinks, etc. Limited options nearby for the food. room / bath area was spacious. good for a short stay.
Amazing owner Mr Mehmet and his wife. The hotel is walkable distance to the restaurants, markets and the pamukkale Thermal pool. Just behind the hotel is another famous attraction - the upside down house. What I like most is that Mr Mehmet is so helpful in many things. Finding best tour, transportation and affordable activities. Actually, he helps me alot and staying here is so worth it.
They very accomodating and friendly people.
Everything! You'll have a swimming pool and a termal pool outside - and termal bath right inside your room, awesome! Also we had a huge family room even though we booked a regular one :) Parking in front of the hotel, red travertines 3 min away on foot and Pamucalle 10 min away by car. And the best breakfast we had in Turkey! Big thanks to the whole family who runs the hotel with care
This hotel exceeded our expectations. Set around a beautiful courtyard restaurant and swimming pool, it had a lovely relaxed ambience and charm. The restaurant dinner was excellent and authentic. The breakfast buffet was abundant and amongst the best we'd enjoyed whilst in Turkey. Most of all the team there were friendly and went out of their way to ensure we had an enjoyable stay.
The breakfast was delicious, and too much - we didn't eat everything. The personnel is friendly, speaking English. Wifi is good (ADSL). Thermal bath is private, there were no problems to take it - well equipped. A nice thing - a free bottle of water, cookies - first time in Turkey when something complementary is provided in a budget hotel.
If you want to visit Pamukkale, this hotel is situated pretty close to it, about 4-5 km and is a good option for one night. Seemed like they had many tourists who came for thermal pools and treatments.
The room is spacious. It is a big hotel and it has many pools (also a thermal one) and a lot of outdoor space. Free parking.
Fantastic breakfast and dinner were included in our room price, there are three heated pools with thermal water that work from early morning to late evening, there is also sauna but it works only during fixed hours 2 times a day. Hotel is located about 10 minute drive to Pamukkale springs.
We enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast was really good each morning. It was nice sitting out near the pool for breakfast. We also enjoyed having access to a beautiful, big pool during our stay as it was very hot. The staff were also some of the loveliest people we have met in Turkey.
The hotel is located at 2’ drive to the Pamukkale’s main entrance. A nice swimming pool and an amazing exterior thermal bath.
A good choice for relaxing and visiting Pamukkale.
Friendly owner and staff.
Late checkout available.
On-site car park and a supermarket right the corner.
The amenities were fantastic - including the shuttle to Pamukkale, the amazing breakfast spread and the responsive staff. We took a mini-bus from Denizli for 14 Lira and it dropped us off very close to the hotel (just tell the driver the hotel name).
The location is great just a few steps to Pamukkale entrance and staff/owner is helpful and gives precautionary tips. The room is very clean, the sheets are new. Not the high end hotel but the perfect accomodation nearby Pamukkale.
Quiet place, host is very very kind, friendly and helpful. We recommend White House restaurant, food much better than 5 star all inclusive hotel. Also 10% discount for the guests that are staying at this hotel.
I had a wonderful trip in Pamukkale with Aspawa Hotel; they provided a hot air balloon flight at a very good value! Additionally, they offer other activities like paragliding in Oludeniz.
It was comfortable, clean, tidy. Good value for money. A normal breakfast, you will definitely not be hungry.
Great place to stay when traveling by car in Turkey, Pamukkale!
A humbled hotel but the hospitality is a top notch. The owner helped introduce and show us himself to the restaurant nearby which served nice Turkeye's food.
