It was a lovely hotel. The staff were “mostly” very accommodating. The four full days we were there we unable to get a reservation at either of the gourmet restaurants ! Even after all of taxi problems, they never made any effort to seat the 2 of us or even offer a free massage, taxi ride elsewhere etc.

Liked everything but the Meder Resort hotel. Never experienced this before. Ultra all inclusive but if you’re at the restaurant you’ll feel like being in a school canteen. And they were selling fresh orange juice for €1 each. I’ve attached the picture below

Kemer is a very good destination for beach and sport holidays. Except from these, Kemer offers lots of different activities like boat tours, culturel sightseeing, trekking, scuba diving and many other sport activities. It also offers different sightseeing tours. Kemer is also close to Antalya where there are lots of other possibilities like shopping, dinning, culture, etc.

Hotel is an excellent value for money.
Hotel is an excellent value for money. Staff very helpfull and friendly, room was small, but very functional and comfortable. I would recommed it for a short stay - (the size of the room). For my taste - and that is obviously a matter of an opinion - I would be much happier without the eternal music which is on all day,

I’m from the States and am used to things being a certain way. Down near the beach the locals prefer to sell everything in dollars or Euros, these are the tourist traps.
You kind of have to look for more local establishments, places where the locals go. They are not easy to find. Have to walk around a bit or do your research before you come.
Best I can describe it is that there are small “pockets” of locals businesses mixed in among residential areas. Maybe there is a logical way to how Kemer was laid out but I haven’t figured it out yet. I found some really nice places on the second to last day of my visit

The variety of food was good, but the service you get was poor. The king-size bed was actually attaching two single beds together. The bathroom place for the shower was small and hard to wash. The staff could not speak English causing hard to communicate with them. Very limited spots for parking. Internet password dropped more often, needs to be updated from reception. Iron was not in the room and you need to go to the first level to iron your cloth. The restaurant was in an open area, disturbing flies taking your enjoyment of food away. If the food gets finished during lunchtime, no refreshment was available. Stayed but not as my expectation.
The staff is friendly. The location is excellent, the road to the sea is pleasant. There is an exit from the hotel to the main street. The journey to the bus stop to Antalya takes about 15 minutes. You won't be hungry, but food for unpretentious people. There was chicken for 11 days, sometimes grilled mackerel, chicken liver. No meat. Vegetables are often not fresh. There was small amount of fruits. Sweets is nice. There's small fridge in the very small room. If you leave a tip, the room will be cleaned and linen changed.
The staff were nice and the location was beautiful , a bit far from Antalya center like 1 hour in bus, but close to the beach and all resorts.
Loved that there was food diversity for breakfast, lunch and dinner, also pastry.
And if you miss breakfast, no worries some food stations start right after and same for lunch and dinner which was super cool!
The manager was super sweet, she helped us a lot and checked on us all the time.

Breakfast was okay. Mainly ate pancakes with chocolate sauce and fried dough (not sure the name).
Ground Staff were generally friendly and responsive but hardly spoke any fluent English.
Pools were clean and well maintained. The resort is child friendly

Loved Kemer and the people of Kiris
The resort is not on the beach, but does have its own private area on the beach which is about 300meters down the road from the hotel.
Very cozy hotel located at the bottom of the mountain, around 15 min walk to the Kemer center and the beaches. The rooms are very clean with new furniture. The staff at the reception speaks Russian and English.
If you want a pleasant quite stay without extensive entertaining programs, this hotel suits you well.
You can also order some food at their bar nearby the pool. It's paid separately but the food is very good, we enjoyed kebabs vey much.
The stay in Heart De Maison was incredible. It is a spacious apartment with a kitchen and washing machine, and we like it much more than staying in a tiny hotel room. You have a comfortable place to relax during the hot hours of the day and in the evening. We really like the design and all the facilities.
The apartment is also very well located - 10 min to the beach, close to a grocery store, 10 min to Clock tower
The hotel was perfect, it is single-handedly the best customer service I have ever witnessed from an all inclusive hotel. I want to express my gratitude to the hotel staff, and especially to Yunus. The hotel has a great location and is very comfortable. The food was fresh and varied every day, and the themes were very well performed and exciting. Kemer itself is also a very exciting city, and very alive.
Small hotel full of Russian tourists 40 mins from Antalya. Was there for 3 days because I had a long transit. I think 3-4 days in this hotel is perfect. But I would give it 4 stars instead of 5

It was a wonderful stay after a long break due to pandemic, I am a very frequent guest of Antalya hotels. Variety of foods were great. Animation team have done their job really well. Still cannot forget their dance song 😀. Hotels is nice for all types of guests. We are family with small kid and including one of our friends, who came solo. All of us enjoyed it.

The hotel is located in the center of Kemer, literally 5 minutes walk from the beach and 10 minutes walk to the nearby hills. The host was very friendly and helpful and the rooms tidy.
