Their staff is very polite and friendly. Rooms are very clean and they pay attention to every little detail. Rooms and hotel decorated beautifully and they have everything you need in the room. Towels were clean and soft, they have extra towels for you. Sheets were clean and pillows and bed was comfortable. We have stayed at sea view suit and it was so nice to wake up to sun and sea view and chill on couch we had in the room. Clean pool and seperate child areas also very great as we wanted to have a calm holiday and rest without kids screaming and crying so we really appreciated to have adult only pool area and beach. Food was great by the pool restaurant also the special coctails. It’s worth to visit Turunç just for this hotel, as there is not much else to see or do around hotel but hotel offers anyways all you need.

Excellent, healthy breakfast in very pleasant surroundings.
The other (paid for) meals came from a fairly basic menu but were perfectly acceptable, well cooked, nicely presented and tasty.
Staff were all very sweet and attentive.
The little private beach is the nicest in the area. It was always clean and I could always get a sun bed.

I have never seen service at this quality - you can build fancy hotels but if you don’t get the people right, it will be a lost opportunity.
