Waiting 20 min for the bread and having a cold egg in the end, was not as expected. But the location was beautiful, at least we enjoyed the view whilst waiting for our never coming bread.

This hotel is beautiful, the food is quite decent and it has a lot of choices for an all inclusive. The thing we really loved was the whatsapp service so basically you have someone that makes sure you always have what you want and that resolves any issue you may have during your stay, simply ask and they will take care of it, never seen that before but very good! Cleary an amazing place to go and a beautiful holiday overall.
The views were absolutely amazing; we had the basic room option and got a breathtaking view from the room. A la carte restaurants are excellent, very tasty and good variety of choice. The Greek restaurant with seafood is really great! The pools and amenities are good.
The massage and peeling by Shakheda were absolutely amazing! We liked the spa, the room, the design of the hotel!

The staff work so hard to make you feel special. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning with beautiful views . Beautiful facilities. Very clean . Very helpful we didn't have to lift a finger. Couldn't recommend this hotel enough 👌 food and drinks were amazing too usually all inclusive its hit or miss but the standard is 5* . If your thinking about it BOOK IT !!!
I have been in a lot of 5 stars hotels but Lujo was my best experience so far! Everything was so perfect, the food , the beaches , all areas were so clean , the setting is out of this world.. the entertainment at night was fun! My favorite restaurant was Gaia.The staff were amazing and so friendly! For sure i will be back next summer! 10 plus
Everything the hotel really has changed the market, such a nice place, the restaurants, bars, entertainment and staff where on another level. Just want to say a huge shout out to Aylar and Niloofar who looked after us the whole time we were there, they really made out holiday extra special by going above and beyond for us
Perfect private bay and beach...flat water as the full bay is naturally protected. The view from the sunbed is perfect with green hills all around...perfect match with the name of the hotel "the green bay resort"

I had a problem during my check in and check out, I was not happy at all with stuff in the hotel, except one person I meet him in last minute when were leaving the hotel, his name Emer in the front desk
