The first time I stayed at the Manuela Hotel was 30 years ago with family and friends…and what a find it was! I have returned many times since.
The Manuela is situated right on the beach in Bitez with a beautiful outlook and a quiet location. Both the restaurants look out onto the beach with lovely views and the food is always fabulous. The bar area has a variety of entertainment each evening and always has a great atmosphere.
But undoubtedly the thing that makes the Manuela what it is are the wonderful, friendly staff. They couldn’t do more to help you. There’s a reason many guests return each year! It really is like a home away from home. Thoroughly recommend.

I couldn’t fault it in any way, the staff were always willing to to help, just one little thing the showers in room could have been a little larger to cater for bigger people, but a real wow of a place, “would go back tomorrow”

the room was very nice, we stayed on the 1st floor and had a good enough view of the ocean but the top floor has a better view. the pool area is really great, with some drinks available to purchase and comfortable Loungers. the breakfast is tasty with many options like breads, cheeses, fresh fruits, cereal, yogurt, coffee and more. we were so happy to eat outside and enough the view and sunshine.
the staff are very friendly but have VERY limited english, so be prepared to use Google translate to talk to them.
room had an aircon which is great for the hot days.
