Everything was great. The staff was very nice and friendly, the woman on the reception even suggested to upgrade our room as we were 4 adults, so we will have more space. And it was great. Room 304 - quite and clean, no problems at all. Location is very good too.Recommended!

Too many good things, Historical sights, great food, friendly people, slight lack of parkings. Been back two times and returning again. Shopping and markets are very nice. In fact the old silk trade was active in this area so you get to shop in historical markets and between historical buildings. very nice.

Uludag is my favorite place, very beautiful. Bursa is easy to get around, the food was excellent. Next time I will stay for more night.

Bursa is an amazing city that surpassed my expectations.
Bursa is an amazing city that surpassed my expectations. Lots to see and do everyday. Mount Uludag in particular was stunning, especially in the snow. There is a perfect combination of modern and traditional with malls and beautiful mosques, particularly the Grand Mosque of Bursa which is adjacent to the Grand Bazaar.

Take the cable car (teleferik) up Uludag mountain to the top and enjoy the view and a hot cup of coffee at Caribou Coffee. Great Syrian Arab food near Osmangazi. Visit the Ulu Cami, closed Carsi (market) for shopping. The silk scarves at Koza Han are a great bargain. Drive on out to see the 610-year-old Sycamore Tree. You must eat the Iskender (Bursa Kebab) where this dish originated. Best in the country. I recommend Patila's and get the one that includes fresh tomatoes and onions. View the overlook of Bursa at Topkapi Clock Tower. There are also many museums to visit.

we stayed two nights with family. Bursa has right amount of sight seeing and shopping. The city has good metro system and conveniently available taxi. The cable car on the Ulüdag Mountain is a must go.

Bursa is in my opinion one of the most tidy and well...
Bursa is in my opinion one of the most tidy and well arranged city in Turkey, even in the most historical areas like the old town etc. It's a big city in which you can find anything you want, though it doesn't give that mega city feeling like Istanbul. It has beautiful historical monuments, a great nature and a lot of green. And you find many great food spots, restaurants and cafe's. Also, you can go up the mountain for some coolness in the summer, or go to Mudanya for some sea. Up for some travel to Istanbul as well. You travel by fast ferry to centre of Istanbul in just an hour or so. I'm a fan!

Bursa is a big town and if you want to see the modern part of it ( worth it ) , take a taxi! It is not expensive, the drivers are correct. Better ask first the approximate cost of the journey.
We had 2-bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms, for us (3 adults + a child) room size was perfect. There were some broken things inside like chair or shower holder, but we didn`t pay a lot of attention to that. Hotel is located just in front of Carrefour and MediaMarkt, with Marka shopping mall behind them, and it`s a 5 mins walking from Odunluk metro station, so from location point of view, it`s great.
And, as always in Turkey, the staff was very friendly.
Excellent location in old town, 10 minutes walk to nearby sightseeings. Big, clean room, helpful staff. Private parking for free next to the facility. Warning: if you arrive in (market/pazar) day, the parking is very crouded (car over car) and they will ask you/everyone to leave your car key. It is not usual in my country and i was very surprised. In Turkey is a common case.
It's a good hotel at a reasonable price. The location is just perfect: right in the old town with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and a shopping mall at hand. It's possible to park a car not far from the hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful and speak English. The room is comfortable, well designed and complies with standard hotel expectations.
The best hotel that I stayed in during my trip in Turkey, we like the room size and the location of the hotel, all staff are very friendly and supportive when ever you need any anything. My daughter wake-up at 4am I called the reception and immediately they brought water. Also, we booked the room without breakfast but they offered us free breakfast 😋
Location is very strategic at the central part of most historical place in Bursa. Ulu Cami and Kozahan are walking distance from hotel. The family room is spacious and comfortable for the 4 of us. Food outlets and wet market are just every where near the hotel. Parking is available too. Will definitely stay here next time i visit Bursa.

The hotel has a classic feel to it, the building is old, historic and important to Bursa. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are spotlessly clean. Breakfast is amazing. I only stayed one night but hope to be back one day. Thank you
Everything in this hotel was very good, the spa center was exceptional. My son really liked this hotel, they have a sensational spa area for children and a video games room. The breakfast has several options and the restaurant has a fair price with quality food.
This was our second time staying at the 3 bedroom apartment after coming down from Uludag. The hosts were great. The location is great too. Close to local food outlets, grocery stores, bakers and other local shops. Walking distance to Bursa's attractions.
The hotel is in a perfect Location to the bus stop, metro, mall and bazaar. Surrounded by various restaurants. 10 min walk to the taxi which goes to Uludag. The room we lived in was awsome and was clean. Breakfast had a great spread
