I was a little reluctant to book at first, because there weren't very many reviews. I usually don't book unless there's a minimum of 100 reviews. However, the reviews that were there were very good... so I took a chance. I was not disappointed! I get the feeling this place is either a new build or a place that has been newly renovated, which is why there's so few reviews. Honestly, it's a beautiful place to stay. The room I got was the King with Spa Bath. There were rocking chairs in the room, it was very spacious, the bed was big and comfy, and there were even rose petals on the bed!! Though I was travelling alone, I still appreciated the gesture. Unfortunately, I was incredibly tired after a long 10 days of travelling by that point, so I just went straight to bed even though it was like 5pm (I had a time difference). This was a pity, as I believe there is a good hammam/spa on site I could have paid extra to use. Seeing the hot air balloons rise the next morning at dawn was possible from the room itself - not only that, but also possible from the actual spa bath. A beautiful experience.

Everything! The location is perfect. The staff goes absolutely over and beyond for everyone. The rooms are unique whether a cave room or a stone room. The terrace offers a perfect view of the sunrise balloon launch. The breakfast is amazing with a large selection. There is a lovely woman making sweet and savory pancakes which are delicious. Thank you Ibrahim and staff for the most magical stay.

The hotel was very pretty and well decorated. The staff was really friendly and helpful, and they helped us with booking everything, and had good conversations with us. The room we got was big and had really nice decor and lighting. It was cozy. The terrace was nice with an amazing view of everything.
