I was a little reluctant to book at first, because there weren't very many reviews. I usually don't book unless there's a minimum of 100 reviews. However, the reviews that were there were very good... so I took a chance. I was not disappointed! I get the feeling this place is either a new build or a place that has been newly renovated, which is why there's so few reviews. Honestly, it's a beautiful place to stay. The room I got was the King with Spa Bath. There were rocking chairs in the room, it was very spacious, the bed was big and comfy, and there were even rose petals on the bed!! Though I was travelling alone, I still appreciated the gesture. Unfortunately, I was incredibly tired after a long 10 days of travelling by that point, so I just went straight to bed even though it was like 5pm (I had a time difference). This was a pity, as I believe there is a good hammam/spa on site I could have paid extra to use. Seeing the hot air balloons rise the next morning at dawn was possible from the room itself - not only that, but also possible from the actual spa bath. A beautiful experience.

Staff was very friendly. Room was very spacious and we had complementary minibar. Nice restaurant with good food, live music and amazing sunsets . Also Spa was Great. We stayed in 3 similar hotels ( price range ) in Goreme and this was one of the best options.

Perfect spot, great views and terraces for the experience of the balloons was fantastic, easy walk to town and good places to eat. Ibrahim was so accommodating, new everyone and everything, along with the other staff! Anything you needed they were there to assist and ensure you had a great stay. Breakfast was on point, everyone so friendly and helpful I would highly recommend and stay there again on the next visit. Couldn’t be happier with our choice!

The hotel is beautiful inside and out. It's in a quieter area which is peaceful, but still only 10 minutes walking into the town centre. The rooftop bar is lovely and an amazing terrace to watch the balloons in the morning. The staff were super helpful and friendly too. Absolutely loved our stay here and would recommend to all!

The room was spacious and clean. Very central to everything. The guy at reception was absolutely amazing. He sent me a WhatsApp after I made the booking everytiime i had a question or request he responded immediately and referred back to me. From the outside the hotel does not look as good as, the service and comfort of the roim. We had a great stay. Highly recommended.
