Exceptional customer service, the staff at the front desk helped us with anything we needed.
The property itself is very modern and clean with a restaurant, pool, and beach. Both have bar areas.
Additionally, there are two a la carte restaurants, which I highly recommend, we went to the Ottoman restaurant, and the starters were fresh. We then chose to have the slow-cooked lamb dish, which was incredibly tasty!
The beach has loads of space and has an amazing view as it is directly opposite the Greek island of Kos.

We did ot go to Akyarlar we stayed in the resort the whole stay. im not sure if there were excursions to Akyarlar or not as there were no brochures or information given to us in the lobby or by the concierge or in our rooms, including not of their own watersport club which we by default came across and made use of this wonderful facility. even though our stay was short and we probably wouldnt have decided on outside excursion, it wouldve been nice to know what was on offer. i found it strange the hotel themselves didn't give us information on their boating set up when we asked, and instead sent us information on an outsourced boat which was completely different from our request. fortunately the lady in charge of their boating club was on the pool deck one day when we were there and she had some brochures she was showing guests. we otherwise wouldve been none the wiser
I liked the large green area, everything was clean, a large beach, which has a lot of space and enough sunbeds for everyone. I also liked the work of the staff, all our requests were fulfilled quickly and the service team is very professional! I especially want to express my gratitude to the manager of the hotel Mert Sır, with him our stay was just wonderful, he helped us in many ways, fixed the problems in the room, made a compliment and was very polite and professional! thank you very much for a great vacation! Everything was perfect! Highly recommend others to choose Kefaluka resort! Food was delicious, kind personal and all the hotel facilities was great. I still can’t get why so much negative reaction have seen about this hotel but in my point of view this hotel is top and I know what I am talking about because I’ve been to many high class hotels in Turkey and can confidently say that Kefaluka resort is not worse than those!

- The hotel is quite new, so the rooms and the furniture are nice
- The hotel territory is well maintained

- The free transfer from and to the airport was very convenient
I have spent a great week at the hotel with my wife and parents. The room got a stunning view on the sea. The room are big and clean, the pool is very nice and the sea absolutely transparent and beautiful.

Our first time in Bodrum but I would definitely come back to the same place.
Although the beach area is not that big, there is sand and the water is very clear. It is difficult to find a sandy beach in Bodrum, so this is a big plus for this hotel. Staff are friendly, the facilities are great, food is tasty and evening entertainment was quite impressive!
Everything was designed well but it is not showed like on picture... Beautifull swimming pool. Excellent organization for Party(every night take us free 24km to different discoteque to Bodrum). Food excellent.. Quiet and peaceful place. Room was excellent.
