Exceptional customer service, the staff at the front desk helped us with anything we needed.
The property itself is very modern and clean with a restaurant, pool, and beach. Both have bar areas.
Additionally, there are two a la carte restaurants, which I highly recommend, we went to the Ottoman restaurant, and the starters were fresh. We then chose to have the slow-cooked lamb dish, which was incredibly tasty!
The beach has loads of space and has an amazing view as it is directly opposite the Greek island of Kos.

The location was great for us, we used the shuttle bus down to the beach a lot which was always on time. The breakfast was good but the service was a little slow. Loved the pool and beach area and our room was lovely. Everywhere was very clean!

We did ot go to Akyarlar we stayed in the resort the whole stay. im not sure if there were excursions to Akyarlar or not as there were no brochures or information given to us in the lobby or by the concierge or in our rooms, including not of their own watersport club which we by default came across and made use of this wonderful facility. even though our stay was short and we probably wouldnt have decided on outside excursion, it wouldve been nice to know what was on offer. i found it strange the hotel themselves didn't give us information on their boating set up when we asked, and instead sent us information on an outsourced boat which was completely different from our request. fortunately the lady in charge of their boating club was on the pool deck one day when we were there and she had some brochures she was showing guests. we otherwise wouldve been none the wiser
Perfect stay, well worth every penny. The all-inclusive experience makes everything so seamless, and there is no compromise in quality. Staff are helpful and very friendly. The hotel environment is very peaceful, and the staff and guests as well are all respectful.
The 360 views of the island make it a very unique experience where you never get tired of the views. All the facilities are there and you don't have to bring anything with you.
I'm definitely coming back. And next time with more members of the family.

There is coffee hause where the espresso and the other coffee drinks are fantastic.
Also the restaurants and the cuisine are nice. And we're served quite good by the staff. Thanks to Omer in the main restaurant. His attention was amazing, and it was a pleasure to contact him.
We had such an amazing stay! The hotel is located in a calm area with an own beach access and it is clean.

Lovely place with pool. Thanks to all the staff, specially to manager who gave us a bigger room. Everybody there is very kind. Excellent dinner on the beach...200m from the hotel and breakfast near the pool. Secure parking in the shadow.
The food was nice, plenty of choice in the buffet restuarant. The small Turkish pancake restuarant was good, I liked the chicken wraps and the sweet pancakes. The evening entertainment was excellcent, apart from the beach party!At

Hotel is new and crispy, excellent rooms with very comfy beds, great breakfast, large beach area, very clean sea, quite and secluded place for a great getaway. Definitely place to come back.
I liked the style of the hotel it was modern and there was a few restaurants to choose from to eat. The beach was walking distance. The was a marina with a mountain behind and sea views

Very helpful staff who know how to deal with kids. The entertainment was quite OK. The view from the hotel rooms was also good. Although the beach is small, it is quite well kept.
