Everything was nice at the hotel ! The highlight was of course, the buffet. It was delicious food and very diverse!

The place is right on top of the beach. The facilities are very nice, staff was always very friendly and available. The food was absolutely magnificent if you like to try out different things, but there are also "standard" foods every day (pizza, pasta, and things of the sort). Entertainement staff was vey nice and not intrusive. You can book tours at the hotel. WiFi was much better than expected, and your connection extends to some parts of the beach where there are their complementary chairs.

I think the hotel should have earned better reviews. Close to beach, its a huge resort, so great and large nice pool. Very spacious rooms, yes, furniture a bit old, that's why the resort is much cheaper than others. It was so nice to enjoy the breakfast buffet near the pool. Interesting arab style design. Nice bar with relatively cheap prices for a hotel bar, nice terrace. Bar had live music on one evening.
The room was clean and very comfortable, I was impressed by all the staff within the hotel special Salwa, even when I asked if she could organize a meeting room for my business meeting, she was able to arrange that in a short time, it was great of you. thanks, Salwa. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.
Everything was perfect and as described in booking. rooms and bathrooms were very clean. the hotel manager Ms. Sandra was very generous and kind, she upgraded our 2-bedroom small villa to 3 bedrooms big villa without extra charges. the breakfast was very good. my kids were very happy.
The food in general was great, liked the chef's food, the staff was very friendly and very helpful, also the swimming pool was great -- the whole place's atmosphere was great and surprisingly the hotel was full of German guests unlike others.
The beautiful spacious white design of the building, the large plants and palm trees, the peaceful and relaxing energy of the hotel...the entire hotel is a Spa! A true gem.
