Staff very attentive and check in and check out efficient. rooms neat and clean and shower works well. Is quite modern dining room has a good selection of mainly Thai meals well cooked and some amazing pastries.

The resort was lovely and big private rooms . Own verandah to sit and relax. Restaurant on the river was beautiful and service excellent . Small beach area on the river for kids to swim . Without a car, it is difficult to get to. From train station there were only motorbike taxis . No good with big bags . No other cafes around to walk to .
With my own transport I would stay again .

It is not near happenings and town, but need to walk a distance. The hotel is rigid for not allowing guests to change from double to twin bed as it sticks to the booking record. The room has no space to add extra bed.
We are 70+ old and all double beds are upper floor. we need to claim a flight of stairs, the hotel has no lift.
The pool is small and look clean.
Breakfast is simple and not much variety. Reception and cafeteria staff are friendly and patient. They cannot converse in English.
