We recently had the most amazing stay at the Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok. From the moment we arrived, the exceptional service and attention to detail were evident. Prior to our arrival, the hotel sent a survey to customize our stay according to our preferences, and it truly made our experience special. Each night, housekeeping would leave delightful treats in our room during their evening visit to tidy up.
The hotel staff were outstanding, recognizing us by name and always ready to assist with a smile. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start our day. Relaxing by the pool was a treat, with complimentary fruits and fresh juices served to us regularly.
In the evenings, we enjoyed chilling in the lobby, where a live band played fabulous songs, creating a perfect ambiance to unwind. Our stay was truly unforgettable, and we will definitely choose Siam Kempinski Hotel for all our future trips to Bangkok. Highly recommended!

We informed the hotel that we were celebrating our birthdays and wedding anniversary and the staff gave us a nicely decorated bed and a slice of cake. Check in was fast. There are several cold drinks provided at lobby that you can help yourself to. Room was spacious and clean. Housekeeping was efficient. Room was cleaned daily early and when I called to request for iron, it was delivered fast. Wifi was stable and strong. The halal breakfast has a nice range of options and food were topped out promptly. Pool and gym were quite ok. There is a 7-11 beside the hotel and there are many restaurants and shops within the neighborhood. For Muslims, the mosque is less than 10 mins away. Hotel is quiet and peaceful.
Do note the metro is quite a distance away. You have to walk at least 20 mins or more. Otherwise, you can take a cab or tuk tuk to the metro. The bus stop to Paturnam area is around 10 mins away.
