The elevated location was quite nice, the pools were pleasant. Close to beaches although not quite walking distance, we booked because of a very generous genius discount feeling safe that it would still be reasonable level because of the 5-star rating (it wasn't) and the general lack of co-ordination and effort by staff was woeful. IE three people standing behind the pool bar but had to walk up to get their attention each time service was required.

The hotel has quite a lot of facilities and activities (gym, water slide, water scooters, ice cream parlour, games parlour, movie room, pool table etc), with happy hours and live music in the evening.
The location is also good as it was a walkable distance from the beach.

I had booked tickets to Phuket on a whim. I did a lot of research and decided on Surin Beach. I was after somewhere quiet but not remote. We were travelling with a teenager so wanted two bedrooms and some space. The two bedroom apartment was perfect for us providing indoor and outdoor spaces with a sea view. The air conditioning provided relief from the heat outside and there were times the ceiling fans were all we needed. Location was perfect, a short walk to the spectacular beach across the road. Staff were lovely, particularly from the restaurant. The food was amazing every time. The pool area was perfect. This is a professionally operated complex with great facilities. Easy access to the beach, local restaurants and shops.

Nice area, but I am not a beach person so I can't really judge. But lots of people were enjoying the beach and sunbathing. Plenty of chairs and shade. Plenty of food and drink options. Awesome sunsets.

Clean sandy treelined beach with local stalls selling various food and drinks. Sun beds and chairs/loungers available to hire. There are a couple of beach bars at one end but lacks cafes and bars. Not much happening once the sun goes down as local area lacks decent bars and restaurants outside of hotels. Most of Surins nightlife is focused along the busy main road. We had intended to stay 4 nights but left after two.

The beach was not so nice - lots of plastic and junk. The ocean was quite rough the days we were there and even when the weather was better it was not such an inviting beach. Some of the resorts are up a big hill. Outrigger was positioned well to access the shops and the beach. It was a 400 b ride in a Tok Tok to Patong each way.

Not crowded and very clean beach in Phuket lined with casuarina trees. Crystal clear water, beautiful white sand, big waves, attentive locals selling delicious food & drinks, short ride ( about 15-20 minutes from Patong), it s by far one of our favorite beaches in Phuket.

I think it is the nicest beach in Phuket, Not too crowded, very cozy, good size, great for Snorkelling around the rocks. and bonus inside tip, there is a private beach right around the corner which is not very easily accessible which you can swim to.
The water is crystal clear and perfect temperature.

It’s a nice little apartment in a good location but the cleaning of both the apartment and the public areas needed to be more thorough. Surin beach is fine, lots of little restaurants, crystal sea, clean. Bang Tao beach a short tuk tuk ride away is also beautiful. Surin is great for sunsets.
we stayed at a small studio apartment which was well equipped with a comfortable bed, a spacious balcony and a nice shared pool in the green garden.
the location is very good with just a 5 Minutes walk to the beautiful Surin Beach and a big supermarket just across the street.
Miss Patty from the tour office downstairs is very sweet and does her best to help you (we had a bad experience with our booked tour, but she said they would change the operating tour company)
Very well-managed hotel. Our room was big, with plenty of space for luggage, and quiet at night. Clean and spacious bathroom. Great pool with several sunbeds and a nice garden. The hotel is 10 min walk to Surin beach, which is splendid. There's a lot of restaurants in the area, from the inexpensive local street food (there's an excellent one in the corner of the hotel street with the main road that goes down to Surin beach) to some fancy ones.
A beautiful hotel located 10 minutes walk from the Surin beach. We really liked the setting which was a bit off the main road and therefore there it super silent and comfortable for sleeping. We also really liked the small balcony. What was fantastic was the infinity edge pool and bed directly by the window overseeing a nearby forest. Really peaceful place.
Hotel location is excellent for Surin Beach as just across the road. Staff at hotel were very attentive and try to meet all of your needs. Breakfast choice and service is very good. Close to nightlife (although the area generally lacks bars and restaurants outside of the hotel and other nearby resorts: Not a lot the hotel can do about this)
The hotel has a restaurant which seemed very popular and we had one of the best Massaman curries there during our whole travels through Thailand.
The breakfast is a la carte from their menu - perfectly cooked to order and better than any buffet breakfast usually offered.
The staff were all exceptional.
Great little hotel, staff couldn't be any more accommodating, rooms cleaned every day, will make you a breakfast even if you turn up 30 minutes after they close, very helpful with any queries you may have, would highly recommend if you are on a budget, better than many of the high end hotels there!

The beach is two minutes away from hotel. good supermarket, lots of cafes, fruit markets nearby.
The room had a beautiful sea view which was amazing to wake up to and watch the sunsets from. It was spacious and super conveniently located next to Surin Beach, one of the best beaches in Phuket. The staff were always friendly and accommodating.
Location was great, on a quiet street but near main road with restaurants, supermarket and good massage salons nearby. Surin beach is clean and calm which adds to the relaxing atmosphere. Hotel staff was lovely.
