Great saltwater pool, spacious room and amazing water pressure in the shower. The family that owns the place is quite lovely and provides a great value for money. Breakfast consisted of mainly toast bread and some processed jellies, and a few savory Noodle and soup dishes as well. It was perfect for a night! AC functioned well and Wifi was strong enough to carry on a video call with clarity and a clear connection.

A tranquil seaside town. The tourist population is majority older European couples who are enjoying a leisurely stay at the beach. Very beautiful scenery. A bit hard transport wise unless you constantly pay for taxis or rent your own motorbike.

its not resort, in 5 days i saw maybe 15 tourist there, in the beach we were only ones, no loud bars no gogo etc. you can just peacefully relax, cheap food, also night market, can take bicycle and cycle around (dont choose main roads) nice countryside with few traffic, probably it would be good idea to rent scooter or car to explorer more, i just spent 5 days, 2 days used bicycle (20+60km) just cycled and discovered no itenary

One night only is too short. I extended my stay. The town is not big, but after many big and noisy places this place is perfect. No mad traffic. Lots of very nice restaurants and cafes. Nature, mountains, monkeys (two types black and brown, gentle and less friendly :) :) :)
Easy to arrive here with the train.

Smallish but charming provincial town.
Smallish but charming provincial town. Easy to reach via train. Good food markets including a daily one near the clock tower and a Friday-Saturday market along the waterfront. There are plenty of restaurants and pubs to keep you busy, many good quality coffee shops, and a general laid back and friendly feel. Not really a beach getaway destination, but if you are looking for a few days of easy-going comfort at a great price, this might be the place for you.

The beach at Ao Mango is beautiful but very shallow, at Prachuap itself the beach looks nice as well though especially towards the north of the town - there were not many swimmers at all though so not sure how good it is for swimming.
There was a big festival / fair for Sonkran taking up the entire city seafront, I am not sure how busy / quite it is normally.

A beautiful bay with shallow water for swimming. Hardly any waves. The town is small and while it has some features like hotels and eateries to attract tourists, it is not a 100% tourist orientated town. If you don't like the big time holiday resorts with high-rise hotels, like Hua Lin, Prachuap Khiri Khin is a good option. Beach is very close to the town. A good evening market alongside the beach.
You can walk just about anywhere. The rail station is close to town and the bus station only a little bit farther. You won't see it on the destination boards but all the trains up and down the main line south from Bangkok, stop there.

Very good hotel for its price. There is air conditioning, a water heater, the rooms are spacious, clean white linen, high-quality furniture. Lots of thoughtful little things for convenience, hooks, shelves and more. Not crowded. Convenient location, good parking, you can stand right next to your room. Nice pool, place to have lunch by the pool. Friendly, attentive staff, new towels, toilet paper and soap every day. Animal friendly. We will definitely come back here again. Thank you.
Amazing location with beautiful view of the ocean right across. Spacious, open air lobby with access to drinks like coffee and water. The room was very clean and the staff restocks toilet paper, napkins, shower gel, and two bottles of water outside of the room every day. The cat in the lobby is very cute.
Hotel staff great at organizing taxis. They even got me a taxi driver to tour me around the national park for a full day, and it was an amazing experience.
It's a lovely setting off the road, so it's very quiet. The bungalows are beautiful, sparkling clean, with a comfortable bed, great AC, a refrigerator, TV, and sizable porch with a swing. The owner is so nice and helpful! It's just so nice. The only downside is that it's about a 20 minute walk to the beach, night market, and train station. But on the plus side, there are two 7-elevens, a water refill machine, and a laundromat within a 5 minute walk.
The location is excellent, Prachuap is a beautiful city and this hotel is right on the beach. The room we book had windows looking out at the ocean, and there is a large shared balcony to sit and relax. It's a very affordable price, and our stay was quiet, relaxing, and clean. The bathroom was good with working hot water.
Suite is large and nicely furnished and has a sea view. Located about 10 minutes drive outside of the city of Prachuap. The beach area at the hotel is used by fishing boats. He looks appropriate and is not suitable for swimming or going for a walk. No breakfast available.
The owners/staff were amazing. In a 4 night stay, I left feeling like family! The hotel is unique and old and lovely, with a fascinating history as well! I am going to return to Prachuap Khiri Khan just so I can stay here again and visit my new friends. BEST hotel!
The resort was one of the best hotel's we have ever stayed in. Looked good, clean, comfortable, everything worked, staff very helpful and pleasant. We only booked for 3 nights, but are now planning to return here, for longer in the near future.
they have been very creative with the amount of space they have, however, this seems superfluous when you see there is plenty of space either side of the resort. Beach front infinity pool absolutely gorgeous access to the pristine beach.
We stayed one night on our way from Bangkok to the south. The hotel is easy to find and has plenty parking spaces. Rooms are modern and comfortable. Great for a stopover, or to spend a couple of nights.
