We had a fantastic one night stay at Win Grey Homestay Resort. The owners are super friendly and helpful. They cooked us lovely dinner in their restaurant. There were no other guests there at the time, but they opened the restaurant just for us and made my boyfriend's meal extra large as requested x x x room was clean, warm water and comfortable bed. With lovely breakfast included, we got some bananas for the road as we are cycle tourists. It was much appreciated later on in the day

Beautiful place at the beach and very lovely staff!
We stayed for 5 nights. The beach is lovely with soft white sand. There were plenty of local restaurants close to the beach and also western food. There were only a few small shops.
Transport into Chumphon costs 300 Thai baht by taxi. There is a really good weekend night market in Chumphon with a huge variety of freshly cooked food.

Pathiu have nice and peaceful beachs.
Pathiu have nice and peaceful beachs. Thung Wua Lan beach is one of my favourite beach in Thailand. it's beautiful and good for family trip. The highlight of Pathiu is scuba and snorkeling diving. The famous islands sight for diving are Koh Ran Pet and Ran Kai. There are wonderful sea anemone, whale shark and Bruda whale.
