The hotel was close to the border crossing and the day market. Lots of good street food stalls and plenty of activity.

My hotel, Baan Sabai just like Mae Sai, has a bit of a Frontier touch: Bangkok, and even Chiang Mai, are many miles away. The place was correct and clean. The rooms are large (decoration can be a bit surprising). Language skills are not among their best qualities (but the boy managed to communicate through his translation app).
Well I think it's just Mae Sai, that's all! The town's only interest is the fact that it's a frontier town and the possibility to cross the bridge into Myanmar, which I didn't do, being on a three day motorbike trip around the Golden Triangle: I just needed a bed to sleep.
The hotel is very clean and looks new. It is in the prime location next to the Lotus's and 7-11 is nearby so don't worry about the food. Breakfast as Orasa meal is excellent, the rice is very soft and delicious perfect with deep fried fish that filled with many herbs inside. The chilli paste and pork crackling is wonderful!. Regarding the tiny space, they are doing great on how they put everything in place.
The hotel was very new and well decorated as modern Lanna style, centrally located near everything (above lotus's express). The staff went above and beyond to help me. It had an elevator and common area where you can make an easy snack or have a tea time. Bedroom was clean and well equipped. The bed was so comfy. Various options of big breakfast you can choose, I would recommend the local food option.
The most beautiful spot I have stayed in Thailand. Sunrise and sunset. The most friendly and helpful staff and owner. Good food and coffee. I enjoyed breakfast overlooking Laos. I will 100% recommend it. Bear in mind this is a homestay not a resort so don't expect 5 star resort facilities. You are here for peace and tranquility and to admire the stunning views. I will be back!!!
the lady owning the place was so sweet and kind, it’s a little out of the city, but the bus station is right in front of the hotel, this makes it very convenient to go to the next place🇹🇭
if I was you, I would ask a open bus driver to drive you around the area, we drove around to golden triangle and to a little village, about a 5 hours tour. it all came down to 1200 bath🇹🇭
Stayed in room not huts. Great size room, free water and coffee etc. Large comfy bed and plenty of space. Really is an excellent breakfast free, best I've had in a hotel/hostel in 3 months here. The young lady here works so so hard all day. Friendly helpful staff. Quiet location with great seating area for breakfast with views of fields and mountains.
when will arrive that hotel, No staff in the Hotel, and the receiption light is turn off , and we call the phone number leave in Receiption Counter , and no one answer . We can not find any staff to check in . And We almost wait about one hour and then find the only staff is felling asleep upstairs. Very Poor Felling.
This place is a little gem in Mae Sai. Run by a local owner who shows genuine interest in his guests, even taking the time to show you around Mae Sai. Thank you so much for this wonderful and authentic experience.
Very clean hotel and had that "new" feel to it. Rooms very secure with key cards and security cameras in the halls. Owner was on premise and just the nicest lady. Best hotel experience ever!
It was a nice, clean room in a bright and spacious building, which isn't always the case in Thailand in this price range. The main sights are a cozy walk from the door.
A cosy hotel, the owner and staff were all very friendly. The price is very reasonable. Location was good, easily accessible but away from the main road.
