The setting is lovely, right on the beach. Rooms (beach hut style) were very comfortable, and access to Netflix was nice touch. Breakfast offered a nice variety, food was lovely.

We had a truly exceptional stay here mainly due to the wonderful hosts who went above and beyond for us during our stay. The rooms are very spacious, clean and peaceful. The location is close to the pier and other amenities (recommend the local night market). Felt so welcome and at home here, highly recommend for anyones stay in Koh Lanta.

Nice people, adventurous and exciting areas like jungles and islands. Travel/transport prices ridiculously high, but food, accommodations very reasonable.

The sunsets, the landscape, the excitement: Priceless. The food and transport costs: Need urgently improvement.
The jellyfish problem was very annoying, but that is just no ones fault!

Beautiful island.
Beautiful island. Amazing beaches with breathtaking sunset views. Lovely Thai people. Wonderful food. Plenty of activities to do all around! Relaxed atmosphere! Koh Lanta is definitely worth a stay! But you need a motorbike or a car or you will spend a fortune in tuk tuk’s or taxi’s.

I really like the more relaxed feel on Ko Lanta. I didn't venture too far as I was mainly relaxing at my resort and I went diving on two of the days - but everything I wanted was within a short distance walking.

Great layed back island…….all the life centres around the beach, walk along to bars, restaurants, massage places etc. No shoes for the whole stay almost! We stayed at long beach and lived along the shore for most part. Took a scooter around and down the south, lovely and beautiful beaches but not the same beach life as the resorts mainly off beach and across a road……monkeys on the roads so beware! Old town was worth the visit….beautiful countryside to ride through and fab bars/restaurants out on stilts in the sea! Loved it all ❤️

It was nice because there are many restaurants and arranged tours around the island and to other islands. But in the future we would stay at another region of the island, because SalaDan is not very touristy, so might have experienced better beaches and more restaurants elsewhere.

We loved the calm tranquility of this special island. Perfect place to rest & take stock, while recharging your batteries. Staying here was like going back in time to one that was less stressful. This is not the place for busy night life but it’s perfect for a relaxing time with family or friends. The Old Town is a must it resembles a Cowboy film set. Diamond Cliff a great location to view the sun set. We didn’t have our own transport but this was not a problem as easy to get around with taxis or tuk tusks. Lots of restaurants & bars with good choice of menu.

I liked our big bungalow and most of all, the staff.
Staff was very helpful and when i asked for something, they helped me. I will not forget that i forgot my shirts and they contacted me but i was already in Phuket. After 2 days i was leaving Thailand and thought that i will never get my shirts back. But staff somehow send me my shirts with farry then taxi to my hotel and i get my shirts next day.

One of the best hotels in over our trip to Thailand not that luxury and that fancy and have like 5 stars have but is enough for our family the hotels is clean and good same to be we surrounding with the good people. The beds was good the WI-FI have billion work very strong you can work and playing game or do the meeting in the same times. If you have a plant to come to Koh Lanta we really recommend you to stay at this hotel!. This hotels is our first hotels when we coming to Koh Lanta next times good location and good price!
This was one of our favourite hotels in Thailand. the resort is in front of a beautiful quiet stretch of beach, perfect for swimming and chilling. They have kayaks you can use for free as well, and the sunsets are stunning.
If you fancy exploring and hire a car or scooter, there are even more lovely beaches just five minutes in either direction.
We enjoyed the hotel restaurant, and there’s some lovely alternative options on the beach as well if you want some variety.
It’s the perfect option if you want to relax!
Everything! That's why this is my 4th time staying at Pimalai. I'd say the service quality is one of the best in Thailand. The beach is beautiful, the infinity pool is gorgeous, you can observe sunset in a jacuzzi.
The transfer to / from the hotel is very smooth, i have my 78 yr old dad with me who has difficulty walking, the hotel is very considerate and take us to a van & get to public ferry instead of Pimalai boat, but it went very well and very smooth.
I am so looking forwards to my 5th time at Pimalai.
These bungalows are set in a beautiful garden; well away from the road and a short walk (3 mins) to Long Beach. My bungalow was spacious, immaculate and modern. Large bedroom, with hanging area. Bathroom, with a huge shower and hot water.
Best of all a covered balcony, with seating and a lovely hammock, overlooking the peaceful gardens. The family who have the bungalows are so friendly and welcoming, which makes this stay one of my best so far in Thailand.
The hotel is situated directly on Long Beach, which is beautiful. There is a very chilled vibe to the place. The room we had was lovely, with an outside bath. There were some nice items in the room which gave it a personal feel. The towel artistry was great. The breakfast was very nice and the breakfast staff very attentive. We decided not to get a scooter, but found a local taxi outside the hotel, who drove us to where we wanted to go.
The hotel is a few mn from Long Beach, and also has a great swimming pool. The rooms are large, beds are comfortable, and the air conditioning efficient. The staff is very kind and helpful.
Overall, excellent quality/price, especially in comparison to the other hotels and resorts on Long Beach.
There are a few good cheap restaurants nearby on the road, and nice bars on the beach were to lie down and escape the midday sun.
This was such a great experience !!! This is not a 5 stars hotel but this is what is great about it. We loved everything , the bed, the view , the balcony , the location, the restaurant and the owners. Such a lovely couple and they were always available when we had questions. Do not hesitate to book directly from them for any tour, scooter or even a massage. It will be much cheaper and great services.
Great location on the main road just a few mins walk from Long Beach. Rooms above a mini market. Bike rental available. 100 metres from a little row of bars. Rooms & communal areas and corridors very clean. Great Wi-Fi. Air con is superb. Beds are like many in Thailand and a little bit stiffer than Europe but you get used to it. Helpful, friendly owners. Would stay again
My favourite hotel that I’ve stayed in anywhere in Thailand. I had one the bungalows which is recommend, value for money is off the charts and the feel of the place is brilliant. The lady behind reception was great and anything I needed like a scooter, info on the island etc. was done there and then on checkin. Can’t recommend enough
We liked this area of Ko Lanta - not too busy but with a decent amount of restaurants nearby.
We stayed in the apartments on the other side of the road from the beach. The walk wasn’t bad and the price was very good value.
The included breakfast was the best we had anywhere in our 3 weeks in Thailand.. real espresso made my morning

The rooms are clean and very well equipped (everyone has a hammock, small terrace with table and two chairs and a small fridge in the room).
The Mantra navi is a really nice place, you feel very welcome from the time you arrive. It's also very clean and very close to Long beach, it's a 2 min walk to go there.
You also have some restaurants, coffee places close to the hotel so it's really handy. They also rent scooters if you're interested!
This hotel was our favourite accommodation in Thailand, it’s absolutely beautiful and in such an ideal location, the rooms were incredibly spacious and cleaned every day which we really appreciated. The staff were so friendly and helpful, we would’ve loved to have stayed longer!
We were welcomed with complimentary drinks on arrival and even bananas for breakfast in the morning! Our stay was perfect, clean, great air con - overall our favourite hotel we’ve been to in Thailand (We’ve been travelling here for 5 weeks)
