I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for 4 nights, during April. From start to finish, the service was impeccable, with every member of staff displaying exceptional friendliness and attentiveness.
The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the breakfast, which was nothing short of incredible. The extensive drinks menu, coupled with an enticing happy hour between 4-6pm, was great.
The rooms were tastefully decorated, providing a tranquil retreat. Located in a peaceful area, we were able to enjoy much-needed serenity throughout our stay.
The addition of dinner on the beach, accompanied by the fire show, provided a lovely evening.
Overall, our experience at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional, and we cannot wait to return for another unforgettable stay.

Fantastic room the bed was so comfy and the best pillows too, beautiful finish to the room, staff were friendly and helpful, infinity pool by the beach with excellent views, perfect for lounging all day with plenty of sun loungers/umbrellas, breakfast buffet was good, not the best but still good, the grounds were well maintained and the room always clean, strong WiFi everywhere.

This is such a sweet hotel. The staff are so lovely, the rooms seemed new or newly refurbished. Massive fridge and new appliances. Wish we could’ve stayed longer! Had a lovely beach 2 min walk away (felt safe to walk around a night as well (some bigger resorts nearby).

Nice people, adventurous and exciting areas like jungles and islands. Travel/transport prices ridiculously high, but food, accommodations very reasonable.

The sunsets, the landscape, the excitement: Priceless. The food and transport costs: Need urgently improvement.
The jellyfish problem was very annoying, but that is just no ones fault!

Beautiful island.
Beautiful island. Amazing beaches with breathtaking sunset views. Lovely Thai people. Wonderful food. Plenty of activities to do all around! Relaxed atmosphere! Koh Lanta is definitely worth a stay! But you need a motorbike or a car or you will spend a fortune in tuk tuk’s or taxi’s.

I really like the more relaxed feel on Ko Lanta. I didn't venture too far as I was mainly relaxing at my resort and I went diving on two of the days - but everything I wanted was within a short distance walking.

Great layed back island…….all the life centres around the beach, walk along to bars, restaurants, massage places etc. No shoes for the whole stay almost! We stayed at long beach and lived along the shore for most part. Took a scooter around and down the south, lovely and beautiful beaches but not the same beach life as the resorts mainly off beach and across a road……monkeys on the roads so beware! Old town was worth the visit….beautiful countryside to ride through and fab bars/restaurants out on stilts in the sea! Loved it all ❤️

It was nice because there are many restaurants and arranged tours around the island and to other islands. But in the future we would stay at another region of the island, because SalaDan is not very touristy, so might have experienced better beaches and more restaurants elsewhere.

We loved the calm tranquility of this special island. Perfect place to rest & take stock, while recharging your batteries. Staying here was like going back in time to one that was less stressful. This is not the place for busy night life but it’s perfect for a relaxing time with family or friends. The Old Town is a must it resembles a Cowboy film set. Diamond Cliff a great location to view the sun set. We didn’t have our own transport but this was not a problem as easy to get around with taxis or tuk tusks. Lots of restaurants & bars with good choice of menu.
Originally booked for 3 nights- extended to 8 nights. Quiet and comfortable place two minute walk to beach. Comfortable bed (not hard like many in Thailand), AC worked great plus a fan in the room kept it nice and cool. Housekeeping did excellent job cleaning room- very nice staff from restaurant to reception. Easy motorbike rental (don't need to leave passport.) Nice pool was cleaned everyday by the staff. Grounds very well maintained. Fell in love with beautiful and peaceful Ko Lanta. Would definitely stay here again.
Staff were lovely, they were so happy to help with a smile. I felt like they wanted us to enjoy our stay. Especially helping us to book a table at a local restaurant when we were struggling with the language barrier. Very sweet of them to persevere until we had our booking (Seven Seas restaurant - amazing steak!)
Room was comfortable. Shower was probably the best I have had in my life! The hotel details are beautiful and you feel like you are in authentic Thailand with all the wooden features and attention to detail.
Clean comfortable and quiet (not near any loud bars). We stayed in several accommodations on Ko Lanta and this was our favourite, whilst it doesn’t have a pool or is on the beach it’s a short 5 min walk to beautiful Long beach and 1 minute walk to the main road.
The room was perfectly clean, spacious and had everything we needed.
I would recommend hiring a moped/bike whilst staying here so you can access the whole island and you can rent one cheaply from the owners.
BEST HOTEL IN KO LANTA I LOVED EVERYTHING June is fantastic and is so nice and helpful.
The staff here are the best so friendly at night we all hang out and played darts it was really fun.
The food is 10/10 original Thai cuisine gourmet prepared by an amazing chef all the dishes were super.

The beach is the best in Kohl Lanta beautiful for swimming and sunsets. The infinity pool was so clean and had amazing view.
What a place! We have had the privilege to stay in a lot of resorts around Thailand and a lot of South East Asia. Long Beach Chalets are up there with the best in my Top 10.
Because we hadn't booked for as long as we ended up staying we moved around a few different types of rooms in different price brackets. All of them absolutely lovely.
We all (wife + two kids (7 & 11)) agreed that we could have spent a few weeks at LBC.
Excellent restaurant at premises, popular with other tourists. Super friendly and helpful staff. Owner was very helpful with arranging onward travel and local advice. For the price this is very good accommodation right on Khlong Klong beach. Perfect location to stay in Ko Lanta, plenty of other bars and restaurants on the beachfront. Shops cashpoint etc just behind on road. Highly recommend budget accommodation
The location is great near long beach and a lot of nice street restaurant. Also walking distance to the gym at Koh Lanta which was important to us.
It’s was a comfortable hotel that has what you need. The staff are missing some things some times like cleaning our room (two times) but they really try their best and are very solution oriented, so it doesn’t matter.
It’s not a 5-star resort and it’s not a backpacker hostel. It’s a very straightforward, friendly, uncomplicated hotel right in the center of Long Beach. The staff were super nice and helpful. They have a small booking desk onsite where you can book a boat trip, etc. We could use the neighbor property’s pool and we got fresh beach towels every day.
Probably the best place I have been in Thailand. Paul is fantastic and really made everything easy from transportation to and from the airport, getting around the island. The tiny house has everything that you need and having a small kitchen is a plus. Waking up seeing the ocean every morning was fantastic. I would definitely stay here again.
We liked this area of Ko Lanta - not too busy but with a decent amount of restaurants nearby.
We stayed in the apartments on the other side of the road from the beach. The walk wasn’t bad and the price was very good value.

This was by far the best hotel we visited in Thailand and we traveled around from north to south. We slept in 9 different hotels, all at least 4 stars. So we have enough to compare. It was so so so beautiful, the location was perfect and the staff was incredibly friendly! Definitely going back.
Clean modern room, great value. On the beach-side of the main room so a short 2 minute walk to Long Beach. Close to markets, cafes yet secluded and quiet within its garden area.
Most wonderful are Lym and his parents who run the hotel. After staying here a month, Lym is a good friend now.
Best beds we had in Thailand. So clean and comfortable. Great value too! Hosts were so kind and helpful - really made our stay. They have a fantastic little restaurant on site too. All in all lush gardens and a tranquil spot off the main road.
