Great location wise, walking distance to Hadd Rin beach. Friendly staff both shifts who are willing to guide and recommend places to visit. Cleaning was upto the mark right from the room to the swimming pool area and the gym. Expect to see a diverse crowd of nationalities staying at the property so the vibe was what I was expecting.

I was expecting Haad Rin to be more crowded, dirty, and over touristy. But it wasn't! Yes, there are plenty of shops and bars and the streets are a little lively, but the beach itself is spacious, clean, and so relaxing. We aren't partiers and we had a fantastic stay in this area.

In my opinion, Had Rin is not suitable for families at all, but only for young people who like to lie on the beach most of the day and wait for the full moon parties.
The best beaches are: Koh Ma Beach, Secret Beach, Malibu Beach
Those who want a luxurious treat should go to the Anantara Rasananda at the northern end of Copenhagen.

The staff is so kind, helpful and there for anything you need. We stayed at 6 different places during our stay in Thailand and i would have been more then happy to stay there the entire time. the food and breakfast spread was absolutely to die for, we didn't eat anywhere but there!

We spent three days as a couple in the bungalow. The view of the sea, cliffs, and Haad Rin was absolutely stunning. The room was small but clean and cozy. It could use more shelves and hangers for clothes, though. The veranda with a hammock and a bench was perfect for evening conversations with the soothing sound of the sea.

The location is perfect if you are going to Koh Phangan for the Full Moon party!! The hostel is on the far end of the beach with a lovely view. It's all within walking distance but still a little out of the way. The hostel is clean and they offer a great food menu. The hostel is located at the top of a hill but the staff were very helpful and carried the bags directly to the room.
Staff were so helpful and friendly especially the lady on reception. It is a little out of the main area but they have carts to drive you around the complex and in to town all you have to do is message them and they will pick you up and very promptly! You also get to use the beach at their sister hotel The Cabin which was beautiful and much nicer than the main beach in Haad Rin.
Staff were exceptional, really friendly and went above and beyond to enhance your experience.
Included breakfast was great.
Location fantastic, walking distance to Haad Rin beach with lots of bars and restaurants within 10mins.
Hotel food great, happy hour every day 3-6pm and a fire show by the pool.
Free port transfer for check in and check out.
Very peaceful with great location. I think Koh Phangan is actually a really quiet place when the full moon party isn’t on, and we were not there when one was happening. This hotel is a peaceful quiet place on the beach. It has very cheap and good food. The hotel staff work hard and they are lovely. Nice clean pool.
We came to Koh Phangan for the Full Moon Party and the hotel was a good spot for easy beach access and close to the main walking streets. The restaurant and pool area were all good with breakfast included and it was convenient for what we came for.
