The facilities are remarkable. The water park is great for kids.. the water is not deep and the slides look sturdy, at least for now!
The gym is incredible. They also have a nice swimming pool. All included.

I loved everything here. I had a lot of fun in UD Town and that was down to having a perfect base to explore from. After a long day of walking and being a tourist (eating a lot of delicious Isaan food), I needed to come back and rest. In the evening, once I was ready for some nightlife and entertainment, there was plenty on the doorstep! I could play plenty of pool with charming old gringos and enjoy very academic and intellectually stimulating conversations in any bar in "Day & Night", right across the street. In the morning, I could wipe away my hangover with a fantastic buffet breakfast and super attentive staff. I would say it's a little bit expensive compared to the other hotels in the area, but it's also higher quality.

Staff was great. Room was much smaller than previous stay. Room was well eased with peeling paint on furniture. Bathroom and shower area too dark to even shave properly. Previous stay was excellent but very disappointing this time. Extended stay two days but moving to different property tomorrow.
