Sadly the worst hotel I have stayed at. The room was big but the bathroom had a weird urine smell when I checked in. The tiles had black molds everywhere and it is so black that you can see it from afar. The sink had red molds (clearly has not been cleaned at all) and the shower head had brown build up…….
The gym is nothing like the pictures as you can see in the photos I took. The aircon had the inside exposed, dusty, not sure if that’s even safe…. and there is no windows, fans were rusty and did not work, no ventilation whatsoever in a gym!? Machines were rusty to say the least, and the running machine was squeaking very loudly when I was running on it.
And it was clear that nothing was being cleaned after I had a cleaner cleaned my room and the tiles were left wet…. And didn’t do anything in the shower which explains the build up
Nothing is maintained properly so left after staying there for 2 days.
The only thing that was good was their buffet which was very delicious, but that is all I can say.

Located in a quiet and peaceful corner of Nai Harn, walking distance to a wonderful beach and a load of restaurants and bars, we spent an excellent 6 days at the hotel. The breakfast offered was varied and caters to lots of different tastes. If you don't fancy the beach, the pool is excellent and warm. Since it was the low season the hotel and pool were always quiet. The staff are so helpful and polite, they even blew up our floatable bed for the pool.

Disliked · We stayed at the location as it had a pool, but did not use it as it was disgustingly dirty,full of worms, and just generally dirty...... Our 11 year old wouldn't swim in it, messaged the people looking after the villa on day 2 of our stay and they responded the day before we was leaving so never used the pool.....lucky we had our car here if we didn't we would have been restricted to the property as of it's location and they ***Advertise this property being near Naiharn Beech *** this is a lie, Naiharn beech is roughly 20-30 minutes drive (by car) plus they charge extra above the government 5 Baht charge per unit for electric (they charge 7 Baht per unit of electric ..... So they can make extra off the electric...... disgusting attitude by the people who look after the property ...... We have put the details on the internet as (Scam Alert) and will inform all our friends, work colleagues and family that live in Phuket and international never to book this property ......

Everything was perfect.
Everything was perfect. The villa is wonderful, we love the design! OJ, ans his assistant Lidiia, was really reactive, it was a big help when we needed anything. The location of the villa is good. We had everything we need around. We are really satisfied with our time there.

Starting from OJ(owner) who answer fast if we need something, the villa is looking so good you have everything you need in there and they are makeing good cleaning, the pool the same.Everything was over our expectation, i recomand to my friends to come here and enjoy Phuket.
