The keys were left for us in the front door as the cleaner was staying close by to us.
After the cleaner issues, we were quite settled by the second day.
The owner gave us back some money for the inconvenience which was good of him.
Quite peaceful, the dog which was around the property was like a guard dog for us so we treated it like our own.
It kept away other dogs.
I would stay again if assured that it would be cleaned with 'fresh' bedding on.

I was there to run The North Face 100km race. There was a little misunderstanding and it was further away from the venue than I thought. Other than that the place was great and the staff the I met were very helpful and kind.

We had an incident with the pipe bursting in our toilet and pouring water out. But the staff were so responsive in getting it fixed within 20 mins and without asking had the housekeeping standing by to come and clean up immediately after the repairs were done. We understand these things happen, but their responsiveness really made all the difference.
Other than that the villa we stayed in was comfortable, spacious and quiet. Would definitely go back again!
