Very clean, well maintained, super friendly staff who were very accommodating. The location is far from the city but this is what I preferred. Hang Dong has a great food market and supermarket shops around, it's easy to get arpund if you have your own transport.

It is a traditional Northern Thai house . Love the architecture that uses lots of wood. Wooden stairs/flooring/pillars/beams/door and window frames. Not your typical 3* hotel. But it has its old charm. Either you like it or dislike it. Bed and towels are very clean and comfortable. Hair dryer, body soap and shampoo are provided. Aircon/hot shower are working well. NB. 1. The bed is in fact a thick mattress on the floor. Typical setting in Northern Thailand I guess. 2. No tooth brush/paste provided.
