The staff was very nice, but it didn't change the fact that there was dust in the shower vent that hadn't been cleaned in years, the mattresses had an unpleasant smell, the air conditioner was really weak and imperceptible until it was already terrible after they cleaned it 2 times and I changed rooms, there was a period of 5 days that there were no water and I had to shower in the pool, there is no air conditioner in the lobby, if you don't put a sign that the cleaners don't clean, the location is excellent, I would make sure that there are windows in the rooms, more attention to cleanliness, and a customer does not have to pay the hotel and shower in the pool

I enjoyed my stay in the Patong area, but I much prefer the beach at Kata. There is plenty to do at night especially if you enjoy live music. Had a great night at the Irish Bar opposite the beach. If you are looking for well priced authentic Thai food you have to venture away from the main area, otherwise I found it's more for the tourist. I was lucky enough to spend time with a local to show me around & get to experience the real thing.

It all starts with the people - you will not find find better people in any other hotel - don’t care if you at the Ritz Carlton reading this - the guys at Patong Heights are better and make you feel really really welcome 🙏

Room, facilities, food and service was brilliant. We loved the privacy of our pool access room at the end of the row. We thoroughly recommend and will be returning October/November. The pool was crystal clear and perfect. A perfect laid back haven in the midst of all the chaos of Patong. Location was exceptional and able to walk Bangala Road, across the road from the beach. Tons of transport options. Breakfast very good.

Well, its famous for all the reasons most people know, fantastic clean beach, Bangla road area nightlife, good shops, huge shopping centre and much more. But there are lots more things to do and visit nearby such as Karon, kata or one of the many temples, elephant sanctuaries, ( the jungle elephant sanctuary is probably the best out of all of them), street food in the evenings and a multitude of trips and excursions.
We stayed in a 2 bedroom ocean view villa with pool.
We were very impressed by the Villa, the kitchenette had everything you needed including coffee machine and dishwasher.
The view of Patong Beach was fantastic and the plunge pool had a spa section.
We had breakfast included which provided a great variety of well cooked food.
The staff we very friendly and accommodating and made the stay even better.
Thank you to the Indochine resort we had a wonderful stay and will be returning guests whenever we are in Phuket again
This hotel provides a haven from the streets of Phuket and offers seafront views. Our fourth floor room had a large balcony with great views of the beach located across the road from the hotel. Our room was bright and sparkling clean thanks to excellent daily housekeeping.
The communal areas round the pool are comfortable, clean and well maintained.
The breakfast buffet offered a range of options including eggs to order. I really enjoyed the cooked Vietnamese options each morning.
The Charm Resort provided wonderful accommodations for my stay in Phuket. The restaurant had delicious food & drinks. My room had plenty of space & included a large bathroom/ shower area. Located right across the street from Patong beach. Easy access to shopping & swimming. The roof top infinity pool gave me a great spot to relax and watch the sunset. I look forward to another stay with the Charm Resort in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
Breakfast and location superb, lots of options, great coffee and vegetarian/halal options! Swimming pool is gorgeous and clean. Hotel is very close to Patong Beach. There are a few restaurant within walking distance from the hotel, you will have to walk on the road but I didn’t feel unsafe doing so. Strongly recommend the Thai/Mexican restaurant, best food I’ve ever had while in Phuket!
Well run hotel with good staff. Location is excellent close to North end of Patong beach. I was in 2nd building which is set back from main road and quiet. As a light sleeper I slept well, but worth asking for quiet room as it's a big hotel. I had buffet breakfast once which was fine but there are good alternatives close by. I'll stay here again next time I'm in phuket.

Continental BF is perfect, Bread, milk, yogurts, fruits, cheese, sausage, egg, cereal, muesli, coffee, tea, and juice. Complimentary 24 hours for coffee and tea with some snacks. Second home in Phuket. Enjoy the small plung pool with Jacuzzi on the top floor.

Right in the middle of Patong Beach but I slept soundly - no noise coming in at all and amazing bed! Checked in and out with Mam, she’s the best! All the staff are very warm and helpful. The security at the guard house always greet me when I arrived. Room was awesome! Regret not staying in Phuket longer 😭
