Cleanliness is good. I loved the Jasmine soap smell. Towels are changed daily, clean bedsheets. Deluxe rooms is big and comes with coffee amenities which we loved. Staffs are all super friendly and very helpful. Even the cleaners , security guards, hotel masseurs will also greet with a smile at lifts or corridors.
