What I really liked was the good flow of hot water in shower, this is my 3rd hotel in Chiang Mai for the trip and here is the best for that. Water purifier is in the lobby and 4 bottles of water and 2 bottles of zero coke were provided every day so you don't have to worry about hydration. Sunday market is right outside of the alley (a minute to walk) so the location is perfect.
