Great location in the hills of Kanchanaburi, right outside the national park. We had our own car, so the location was perfect for us, but it is a bit isolated if you are relying on other transport.

Everything is a bit improvised, but the people are very nice and the spot is extraordanary for everybody who is looking for "letting it go" and not expecting the typical"professional" service. Room is nice, everything around you is nice, don't expect more. I would love to come back, knowing now what I can expect: easy going at a peaceful lake in the middle of nowhere
