It's so inconvenient here. There is no elevator and the service is poor. Everything is inconvenient. You must think carefully if you want to live here. I really regretted it. So don't be fooled by their photos. You have to wait for a car to go out. You have to wait for half an hour for a car to come. It's far to go to every place. The network is not good. There is nothing good about this place.

Stayed here for 4 nights and it was great. The room was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable but at night the noises from the bars outside can be loud and noisy from 10.30pm onwards on certain days. The hotel is very strategically located and we enjoyed the breakfast buffet, ample variety of food.

Very good value for money for a budget hotel. I had a Deluxe room with balcony which I didn't use as there was no view and the extreme heat and humidity was not good for a 76 year old. Housekeeping very good. Clean towels and 2 bottles of water every day of my 30 night booking.

Pleasant mix of shops, bars, cafes and restaurants in an area dominated by attractive renovated Sino-Portuguese architecture. Short taxi ride to large Malls at Central Festival and Chalong. Effes is a good Turkish restaurant with nice ice cream and belly dancers on a Sunday but there are many attractive places selling a good variety of food. It is easy to walk around the main streets though car parking can be difficult.
